The food is well prepared. It is usually a quiet place to have a meal. I eat in the dining room, but they also have a bar side with smoking. The menu is extensive, but it is good and affordable food. I have been a customer since my early 20's.

We tried this place tonight for our weekly treat to dinner out at a restaurant. When we pulled up, wasn't sure where to enter at for the restaurant side(no sign, bartender had to tell us) we sat down and waitress was with us pretty quickly. I will say that she was very good at bringing us our food and being friendly and checking on us. The prices were pretty reasonable. Our soups(cream of broccoli and Maryland crab were good) but our entrees( 10oz ribeye and soft shell crab sandwich) were a different story. My steak had too much charr from the grill, one part was dried out, and one sliver was VERY RARE, bordering raw. Broccoli had a weird taste to it as well. But baked potato was good. My gf crab sandwich was okay, said it was kind of bland, however fries were good. She also had a orange crush mixed drink, couldn't really taste alcohol in it. I dont try to bash places, i just give my honest feeback on my experience, that way people can check out more localplaces. Wasn't busy at all on restaurant side, bar was half full. So I was kinda disappointed in food being off. Not sure if we'll be back, maybe down the road in the future.

Service is always amazing. Food is also usually amazing. The fried scallops are not pan fried like I assumed, they are deep fried. My mistake. Got food poisoning from them, but it hasn’t stopped me from coming here. I still love their food. Just not ordering that again! Highly recommend the salad with the hot bacon dressing.

I could not find a better place ever if your tired of slop they sell at McDonald's go here its 100 times
Visited again today, Jack and Coke and Bloody Mary on point BUT make sure if you want old bay rim and olives ask! Refills of drinks is not fast,Crab dip is ok, crab fries are far better. Would not get crab dip again.I had crab cakes they were good but have had better. Other half had stuffed flounder he said it was ok, was watery underneath which was weird. Lots of patrons were getting crabs and they looked great!

It was ok. Not the kellys inn that I remember, not even close. Haven't eaten here in 15 yrs... or more. Just kinda out of the way for us. But I did eat here a lot back in the day.Sat bar side. Great bar atmosphere. Smoking allowed but wasn't terribly smokey for us non smokers.Food was meh. I'd maybe get a basket meal, some fries and a drink but go elsewhere for a dinner. Definitely don't get the steak. Drinks were good and the broasted chicken was the best of everything we ordered. Prices are good and in this case you get what you pay for unfortunately. But place was busy so good for them. ***Oh!!!! The menus online are not accurate. No scallops etc and so on, that why we went there in the first place for the seafood.

Great place to get crabs! We traditionally meet my dad here whos from Lancaster every summer and enjoy some fresh hot steamed crabs and they never disappoint.
