I have never felt more unwanted at a restaurant before today. It's 3/15/23 around dinner time. I went inside to pick up an online order, where I was ignored until I decided to go through drive through to try to get food that was payed for, where I was then told it was not ready and I needed to come inside. I then sent my wife in where she was looked at and not interacted with, until someone said are u waiting for something. The food was sitting there the whole time she was in there.She could see it. Finally she was givin our food with a eye roll and an attitude. Sadly I will never return to one of my favorite restaurants again.

I placed an order at 9pm through the kfc app for delivery. It was 930 and the order kept getting pushed back i called the store the man repeated the entire order to me told me they were preparing it , my doordash driver was there waiting it was the 3rd one that had went to pick the order up, then he’s told that the store is closed and they threw out all the food, then i call the store back they are claiming no one spoke to me and that my food wasn’t made because they’re closed mind you i made the order at 9pm and the driver was there by 930. And i have the phone call of me calling them at 930 and them stating they were preparing it besides all that the guy on the phone was super rude and disrespectful

Yeah I really like eating at this location I don't always sit down and eat in there but I get drive through a lot when I do go so I can't say for atmosphere in the inside but the food is good service is great honestly only issue I really have with the food is that this time they're out of some stuff hush puppies and such but things happen so no big deal they even did out by giving other items in place so all good

Got food at 908 Loucks Rd in York, PA an got a chicken sandwich box and battered shrimp meal. My chicken only covered half the bun and was like jerky. The wife's hush puppies were so hard we fed them to the dog. Called the store, rude manager refused to help.
