Lmao idk wassup with this place but over the years they gotten worse! Smh ??‍♂️ the food is horrible and what’s crazy is the chicken taste old. It taste like it’s been sitting for hrs! Days! Not warm at all. The crispy chicken is like old pieces of chicken. The way the crust breaks off and crumbles says it all. SMH never have anything either. Smh ??‍♂️ use to be the best one cause the one on 30 is just as bad smh

By far, the rudest employees of any restaurant I have been to in all my 50 years. Not an isolated incident, either. Very bad treatment on 3 different occasions. Never again. Not recommended is a huge understatement.

I usually am driving thru when we get KFC for dinner. You have to check your order before you leave the window every time. They will forget your drinks. They will give you the wrong sides, or forget them. They will give you the wrong entrees or even the wrong kinds of chicken. It’s rough, but when you get the right food with your order, it’s well prepared and tasty for KFC style fast food.

Don't waste your time/money. Craving some fried chicken the other night and thought we'd give it a go. Ordered 6 piece chicken, Mac and cheese, fries, and 4 biscuits. They immediately start telling us that they're out of fries and they "barely have any chicken". The ordering process was painful ; it was obvious that the employee wasn't happy about having to do work and was just hoping we'd say "nevermind" and leave. The sides and biscuits were ok, but they shorted us a piece of chicken, and the chicken itself was old and dry. I'm surprised they are still in business.

I recently came to this location to place an order for a family meal , I was told by the employee that they didn’t have much left and that there kitchen was closing soon , I asked what time does the kitchen close and was told 8pm , it was 6:30pm. for the kitchen to still be open for another hour and a half and they couldn’t provide what was needed for a family mean is absolutely outrageous. I asked what was available and waited several minutes for a response…never got one . Ever since COVID this location has gone down hill and needs to CLOSE

The tiniest little chicken drums. They look like they are from an older baby chick. Takes 2-3 to equal 1 regular size drum that other places sell. You pay about $3 per drum, so really, you are paying $6-$9 to equal 1 regular amount of meat others sell.

Since I cannot give it a ZERO Inma do a 1.Terribleeeee, took over 30 minutes just for 2 pieces mash potatoes (which gravy was nasty)IT WAS NOT BUSY ALL , 2-3 customers.I went inside told the manager ( which had a braid,wanna identity this men) he was making my mash potatoes and it was so gross I felt nausea as soon as I saw him licking his FINGER, YES HE LICKED HIS FINGER SO UNPROFESSIONAL NO HIGINE AT ALL.Never again.

Only giving two because the service. Idk what be going on in there but they definitely gotta get it together. When you walk-in it’s definitely not organized. The drive thru sometimes be difficult to hear. All man and when they run out of chicken I don’t be liking that ?. Like sheesh go get some from Royal farms then and use you seasoning lol ? jk lol overall clean respectful just gotta communicate more

My husband made an online order for me to pick up, and he paid online. I had just received some terrible personal health news and didn't feel like cooking and was really looking forward to some comfort food. When I arrived, I went through the drive thru. I was told they would be right with me. I waited patiently for 5 minutes whilst I could see in my rear mirror that cars behind me were giving up waiting and driving off. When they finally spoke to me again, I told them that I had come to collect my online order. Their response was 'we can't fulfill that order' .... crickets, no apologies, no explanations or elaboration. I asked what part of the order they couldn't fulfill. They replied chicken tenders. I asked what I could get instead of that. I then heard her laugh and an older lady came on the speaker and said 'not much'. There was a long pause. I thought maybe they would offer something ... anything?! I asked if they had any nuggets? Nope. Normal chicken on the bone? Nope. I was just shocked at their responses. Not even a tiny attempt to help narrow down what they actually had available. They obviously didn't want to be there and obviously didn't have an ounce of good customer service in them. At this point, I lost my patience, drove off, and had a meltdown in my car in the parking lot. It might seem silly to some, but this just tipped me over the edge. I ended up going to royal farms across the road in the end. I really enjoy kfc food, so it's very annoying that our local KFC can't seem to provide food .. ever! I forgot to mention that this happened to us once before as well, but they weren't as rude to us about it then. I hate to say it but I don't think we will be back again. This store needs closing down. I don't know how they even make money if they never have chicken available in a chicken store.

They gave me frozen butter I had to purchase crispy chicken I like original it wasn't ready at 1130 in the morning that place is horrible it was very unsanitary

This is the WORST KFC location ever. You literally cannot get food here. They either don't have any chicken, credit card machine is down, etc etc. I have literally attempted to get food here 3 times and ended up across the street at Royal Farms each time. Unbelievable.
