The food was very subpar. Fries were cold and tasted like they were over-fried. Hushpuppies tasted like they sat in the vat of oil. The service was meh. They switched out employees in the middle of taking my order.

It seemed as if the person behind the counter did not want us there. She took our order okay but the food she could have kept. The fries were fried in burnt cooking oil, as were the fish and chicken. There were 2 small portions of chicken, very greasy, and the fish was not crispy but greasy as well. The only good thing on the platter were the 2 corn fritters for a meal at close to ten dollars. My husband and I will never be back. It was disgusting.Parking: We parked on the side and the doors were not open. Only one set of doors were open and it was close to 11:30am....there were many people trying different doors to get in there but the person behind the counter never opened any of the other doors.

I have not been here for a few years, it used to be very dirty, and the staff not very pleasant. Visited recently, at least it's clean. But they hardly have anything that's on the menu, this is a KFC/LJS they were out of Colonel's bowls, chicken sandwiches, no shrimp, no chicken planks. The fish was way overcooked and the fries were cold. The staff hasn't improved much., A very loud woman somewhere in the back, and mass confusion on who was waiting on the counter. This place used to be awful, it's nice to see some things never change.

Terrible. Haven't eaten there in years. Was told it would be five minutes. Figured it would be fresh. That was fine. Was ready at the window when I drove up. Stunk up my car. Dried up to the point the fries were little bricks. Everything was dark like old oil sitting under a heat lamp. This was dinner time! I live 10 miles away so not worth the ride back. So disappointed.

2nd review, since the first must have been deleted, lobby doors are open but you can't eat in the lobby not sure why because people aren't trampling each other to get to the bathed in grease for hours fish or the petrified chicken planks........fries aren't much better, on a high note you can park anywhere you want without fear of a door ding because nobody else is parked here. To be honest folks I think you should start looking for a new job because this location along with the one on rt 30 will be closed down within months.

Doors were open but rude manager said it was drive through only I would not give any reason for it. There was no covid restrictions. The manager was extremely rude and refused to serve me. She claimed that she didn't have to give a reason why it was drive through only

Drove 50 minutes from my house to eat some Long John Silver's. We park. Walk in. Stand there for 5 minutes only to have someone tell us the lobby was closed. I asked if I could go through the drive thru and then eat in the lobby, since we were standing in it, and was told no. Drove the 50 minutes back home without ordering a thing. It's a shame that good customer service is done.

This is the absolute worst long john silver's location with super rude workers. I always cut fast food workers some slack because it’s not fun making minimum wage and getting yelled at all the time by customers, but my god, the people working here are HORRIBLE. The girl who took my order said that they don’t have any fish items…at freaking long john silvers. Right after I asked, “there’s no fish at long john silvers?” but then she went back on what she said because they are made to order and I’d have to wait, which I didn’t mind at all. I ordered and they said they don’t have crumblies at this location, which is a lie because they’re literally just the bits you scrap out, but whatever I let it go again. But then they claimed that the 12 piece family meal must be 6 chicken and 6 fish, which is also a lie and you choose which you want (it’s literally on the website). The one girl dropped my change then couldn’t find it and claimed that they have to take it out of my change back, but I let it go because I know they would’ve got in trouble for having a short drawer. After all that, I pulled up, waited for my order then once they came they did the most aggressive hand off ever? Idk if they were just having a bad day or if I just have a very dislikable aura because they were absurdly rude. Oh also, Hayley/Hailey if you see this, I hope you're having a day ❤️

When you go there you don't know what you are going to get. Most of the time my order has been wrong. Other times they don't have what's on the menu. They don't even put a sign up to let you know. I don't go there for the most part. Just wanted to see if they got better. Nope.

No fish!An the order was told over, an over again an the still gave me the wrong food from the other side. Then when I try to call to speak to manager no one answered the phone. Terrible!

Was craving Long Johns since I haven't had it in such a long time. The food was great -- cole slaw was second to none and the hush puppies are tasty as always. Of course the chicken was great too. (Forget KFC -- Long Johns chicken is way better.) The only disappointment was that it was made to order, so we had to wait a bit before we got our food. It was worth the wait, but I think their portions aren't as big as they used to be either.

I have low fast food standards, I at least like to be able to eat. In the last year I’ve tried to order here 3 times and each time there is some random reason given why they’re not accepting orders. Never had that happen anywhere else more than once. Good luck staying open.
