Tonight on Valentine’s Day was the worst experience I have ever had at mods my girlfriends pizza was messed up twice while making the chicken my girlfriend got was in piles my pepperoni was all over the pizza and I saw the employee that made are pizzas had a box of raw (smoking products) in there back pocket probably on something. I spoke to another person then after about getting refunded and he did it the took are pizzas and slammed them in the trash I have been to mods 200 different times and have never had an experience like this nor anywhere else worst service ever.

I continue to be impressed with the consistency of this MOD Pizza location! Since moving to the area, this is our go-to pizza spot. The pizza is always delicious and prepared nicely. We get takeout and it’s usually finished before the estimated pick up time.Parking: Can be difficult to get into the parking lot

Pizza was burnt. Took it back the girl said that was normal but no not really. She made it again and turned out worse. I had to loose alot of my pizza due to cutting of the edges. Wont be going back to another mod pizza.

The location was clean and the employees super friendly. They all said hi and said have a good night or something to people leaving.The food, however, is where the review is negative for me. I had their regular crust. I don't like it at all. Thin and crispy, that's alright. For some reason I just don't think it's a good crust recipe. The toppings slide right off. All the toppings did seem fresh and there were a good amount to choose from. I tried the red sauce, with spicy calabrian chili, and some white sauce. They're fine.I did not like the roasted garlic at all. Some of the garlic tasted bitter. That's what happens when you cook it too long.

They dropped my pizza on the floor but decided to take picture of the pizza on the floor and laughing before making mine, then proceeded to make other orders WHILE SUCKING A LOLLIPOP with her gloves on. Then they were goofing around while my second pizza was in the oven and burnt my pizza so they asked me to come up and explain my order for the 3rd time. I just asked for a refund because that’s crazy. I like mod but the workers here need some more training.
