Tony, the owner needs to learn mannerisms when dealing with customers. You cannot be rude to people. Other than that, the other people working there are very hospitable and the food is pretty decent.

Great food! Great Service! We were just passing through while traveling. Nino’s has a large variety of pizzeria type food, friendly fast service, and the food was great.

Tried this place for the first time with a carry out order. Order was not correct, food was cold. Would not recommend the pasta dishes, it was so dry I had to add sauce when I got home. Boli was basically bread and cheese, no meat in sight. The pizza looked good, will try that next time if I go back. Service was friendly. Definitely not worth the price.

The owner actually yelled at my dad who is nearly completely DEAF. Can’t believe it. Never apologized but instead told him never to come back.I really am very gracious but I can’t believe someone could treat another person like this, let alone the owner. I would not recommend anyone to come here, there are pleeennntty of other pizzerias that have much nicer people running them.

The owner of this establishment treated us so poorly because my husband, who is partially deaf, could not understand him. He got angry, lost his temper, yelled at my husband and refused to let him have the pizza he had already paid for!! He then told him to never come back! When my husband looked at the cashier and asked if that was the owner, they sadly nodded their head, "Yes." I urge everyone reading this to take your business elsewhere. I understand being gracious and forgiving, however, by shopping here folks are perpetuating this man's ability to abuse paying customers. Find another place. (PARMA is great!)

We ordered a pizza tonight and it was delivered cold and not cooked. We called to say something and were told by the "manager" that there that told us there was nothing he could do he cooked it and it was fine and hung up on us. We will never order from there again and suggest you don't either.

We like the food and keep coming back, but just be careful with who is at the cash register. The one dude with the burn is consistently not friendly or knowledgeable. The first time this happened I thought maybe he’s just having a bad day. But this is three times in a row I feel like I’m a real annoyance by just being there, simply ordering. First impressions can make or break. I’ve stopped tipping now because of it, and might just look for another place after this time. The other guys are friendly. Put this guy in the back and the friendly guys up front.
