Ordered door dash and I ordered mac and cheese with parmesan chicken and broccoli. I received Buffalo chicken mac and cheese. I can't eat spicy! How hard is it to get an order right?

When I walked in I wasn't greeted. Ordered my food. Then inquired about scanning my rewards and the young man said oh idk how to do that. He said it's probably somewhere on your receipt you can scan to add this transaction. It's hard to find good customer service and they have knowledge of their job I haven't been here in a while and I won't be back. I got free good knowledgeable customer service at home.

Went there tonight for the first time and my Mac and cheese sauce was watered down, there was hardly any melted cheese on top, the soda machines weren't working and the portion size was smaller than usual. And also was there with family and my aunt found hair in her chicken noodle soup. Now that's unsanitary! None of those workers seem to be taken the proper measures to make sure that stuff like that don't happen. And then when my aunt went to let them know she found hair in her soup they offered her a new one but she wanted her money back they should've gave her all her money back instead of just the money for the soup. And after she talked to them at the register some of the co-workers stood there talking amongst themselves about the issue looking and starring at our table. And one girl started running her mouth while we walked out. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NOODLE & COMPANY, maybe other but not this one in York PA.

I have enjoyed this company's style of food in prior visits to other locations.This location isn't bad per day... It's clean and the service was quick.Their price per portion is outrageous in my opinion...I ordered a new tortelloni dish and got maybe eight noodles and the sauce was too watery.I was very disappointed, having it priced at 13.50 for watery sauce and small portions.

Amazing food service, everyone was nice and the service was extremely fast. I got the Chicken and Tortelloni with smoked Gouda and it was absolutely amazing with great flavor and a rich sauce. The price was also very good, $50.35 for 3 regular courses with sides and a drink.

We got 3 different types of pasta and sides and the food was spectacular. Also our server was incredibly nice and caring. Over the place was amazing and a great place for a birthday dinner.

Used to love this place so much. When i came in to eat this afternoon; the guy at the register was rude, unfamiliar with his own menu, and didn’t seem to care at all about the customers. We knew you no longer carried the beef stroganoff (which is unfortunate on it’s own), but other times I had gone there, someone was able to make changes so I was able to get something similar to your experience. The gentleman at the register today had no interest in helping me find an alternative. It’s such a shame bc my family and I always used to come here and the restaurant had so much potential. My family and I went today and it was AMAZING here's what they said Richard: I'd say the food was very good and actually loves up to the hype Jessica: it was all the hype even though it was expensive Me: The Korean noodles with beef was very spicy and tasty I'd highly recommend coming here again Javi: The Mac n cheese was very cheesy and delicious and it's better than homemade and store bought

The chicken parmigiana was pre made on put into oven it was dry noodles were like rubber, butter noodles were dry, nothing looked like it did on the menu like not even close. Was really let down thought it would be
