This branch has always been lacking. They run out of coffee often and their employees (except for one) fully ignores people when they walk in. As bad as that is thats not the terrible part - I use the app most of the time anyway.The biggest and most annoying issue is their music. Its out of control. They have the volume cranked up and play some of the worst music I have ever had to endure. It would be fine if they'd keep the volume down. Even noise cancelling headphones don't solve the issue. I have asked them to turn it down several times and the next time I come in it's cranked back up! Today it's louder than ever. They clearly don't want people to have an enjoyable experience within this establishment. ?

We had the pleasure of ordering from a female employee with glasses working this morning at the West York location. (03/09/24 - I wish I knew her name) She was the ultimate example of great customer service! She was very friendly when she was helping the people in front of us, she looked at us and told us she would be right with us! When it was our turn, again, very friendly. She was working that end alone and was hurriedly getting everything ready. You could tell she truly enjoys her job. When we left, she yelled, “Have a nice day!” You don’t see that kind of customer service anywhere anymore, don’t really stands out!

I’ve been to this location twice. Both times the order was not correct. They won’t get a third chance. The first time I ordered a chicken pepperoni mozzarella. There was NO chicken. The second time I ordered a wild rice and chicken soup and received chicken noodle. How hard is it to make the correct order.
I have not ordered food here for a while due to every time I do they forget something in my order. By the time I get home and realize it I dont have time to go back. My fault for not checking while there, but should I have to every time? Food was not prepared very well. Mediocre quality and also tired of missed items I paid for while nowadays paying a premium for take out.

Great service & delicious soups . I stopped for 2 quarts of the creamy chicken rice soup with baguettes to take to a friend & her daughters when she was ill. Everyone loved it. I highly recommend Panera ! ?❤️
