Torri makes my mornings every day in drive through. I pick up my coffee and she's always smiling and so positive. I cannot say enough positive things about her.

You'll spend your whole lunch break waiting to get your order if you order online. The food is great here and the people making the food do a good job every time I order. Do not make the mistake of ordering ahead to pick up through the drive thru. At 3 in the afternoon, I waited 10 minutes for a drink on multiple occasions now. This restaurant isn't prepared for drive thru service for anything more than drinks. Shame on me, honestly, for expecting a different experience.

Most of the time we've gone recently they don't have bread. I'm really not understanding how a Panera doesn't have bread...Also in our last visit, it took over 25 minutes for 5 Mac and cheeses and a broccoli cheddar soup (all that cost $75). Unacceptable.

I ordered the southwest chicken melt. Basically it was 2 pieces of bread with a little "chicken sauce" spread between the pieces. What little chicken was there was all connected with a piece of gristle. I think I put more butter on bread than was chicken on this. This was the most expensive bread I ever bought....$8 for 2 pieces of bread.

It has taken me a while to consider conducting another review of this Panera Store(located on Queen Street in York, PA) but I believe it is time. I have been to this store dozens of times over the last year and I leave disappointed more than satisfied. First, let's talk about the food: I have counted at least 36 mornings where I have visited to pick up bagels only to be told, "We are out!", and they do so rather happily . They simply cannot manage themselves to properly prepare each day a sufficient enough bagels to meet demand and bagels are a primary food item for their breakfast menu! Don't believe me, I have attached photos taken BEFORE 9am on two mornings that I arrived and they are out. Couple the lack of food with the bad service (especially on weekends!!) it is a double whammy! For example, I like to walk up and place my order at the register. They don't like talking to customers as I have been told on more than one occasion to put my order in on the kiosk. Even better, on more one occasion and after waiting for several minutes for an employee to appear to take my order, I have someone walk up and ask me, "Do you need something?" I am like, "Really, is this that difficult to understand why I am standing here?" I do caveat this by noting, there are some really good workers there, however, they are outnumbered by the ones that don't care and haven't been properly trained. This is clear when you walk through the dinning area as it is usually dirty. It is clear this stores management team cares more about the catering side of the business than building a cadre of trusted neighborhood customers. I highly recommend going to either Panera in West York or East York where the food and service is SO much better.

I like Panera food but this location is very hit or miss, honestly more miss. Too many times our order is full of mistakes or has poor quality food. Tonight the Baja bowl had about 1 cup total food in the bowl - mostly rice - and we were charged $11! My Fuji Apple salad was missing the apples and the dressing, the tomatoes were unripe and there may have been two nuts in the salad. It's too bad because this location is much closer to us but I guess we'll be driving to the Market St location from now on.

I waited 15 minutes for the DoorDash order that was ready when I got there. The manager told me I was being rude, refused to give me my food, spent my whole lunch break waiting. Just for her to come out and say she made a mistake and hand me a cold pizza. Abhorrent customer service, also got embarrassed by the management position. Pizza was cold cheese is barely melted. Wish I could rate it even lower.
