Get ready for this review. Ordered delivery. An hour later nothing shows up. They NEVER EVER answer the phone!!! Wait, wait, wait. Nothing ever shows up. They never answer their phone. No delivery driver ever came to my door and attempted to deliver a pizza. No one even attempted to call me. We gave up for the night and got food from elsewhere. The following day I leave the house and drive past my barn down the road and what do I see? My Papa Johns Order sitting outside on a stone wall near my barn, which is nowhere even remotely close to my house, and couldn't possibly be mistaken for a house. It's clearly an old barn. i live on a main road, my address is clearly marked on all sides of my mailbox, I leave my front porch light on that is so bright it even lights up the road. There's no other house close to me. It's pretty obvious where my house is and where my front door is. So basically the driver dropped the order off at a random spot outside nowhere near the house, made no attempt to contact or come to my door. I can't even make sense of this. I complained online and the GM wrote me but hasn't responded to my response and has done nothing to make this right. No refund, no vouchers, nothing. What a bunch of totally useless human beings. I will never order from this location again.

The guy working in here today is doing amazing handling all orders by himself no one to help and still managed to get my orders in timely fashion all while filling orders and making new pizza s all alone he needs a pay raise or promotion five stars

My husband made an order last night and didn't realize it automatically went to carryout. Left a good tip and everything. Realized right after making the order that he accidentally did pickup and he and our friend tried calling to fix it. For over an hour. Nobody answers the phone. They called the customer service line and they attempted to reach the store too with no luck. Had to open a case to get our money back. Was told to call the store today to check on it and if you select to speak to a manager, they hang up on you. I had to click to make a new order and they said they would connect me to customer service and if I get disconnected call back and press 5 (the number for the manager that goes to nowhere). Of course the guy just hung up on me instead of connecting me. And of course calling back and pressing 5 did nothing. The girl that picked up the 6th time I called actually got me through to the customer service, who said a refund will be processed in a few days so we'll see.

The best pizza around I think I could eat that pizza alot and with family and kids this is number 1 pizza for me and my family the only thing is that the pizza is a little bit expensive but other then that best pizza place out there they make their pizza

If you’re going to order from papa johns please get it from any other location. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Seems like management is nonexistent and no one will ever answer the phone for you. I promise you the extra wait time to go elsewhere is worth it. Seems like my experience is apart of a reoccurring trend with this location. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before ordering. Never again.

Ordered 2 hours ago. Called nobody answered went through customer service who told me to call and talk to them. Not understanding that we had already tried calling 3 times.
Avoid this location. 3 orders, 3 different issues. No one answers the phone so you can't get your order corrected. Sent a message through the Papa John's corporate system to get one email from the GM with no follow-up. I had to go into the store to get any kind of resolution. Was told that the GM who emailed me was there but would not come talk to me. I do not blame the crew, the leadership is lacking.
