I don't have much experience with using the internet but I hope I'm doing this correctly please read this and reply I'm am disabled and do not drive 4 orders in a row using delivery I gave the driver 5 bucks in tips and all 4 orders there was something messed up finally I contacted the manager and told him what was wrong and instead of doing something for me he put on my information that they won't deliver to me anymore I feel like they are punishing me for their screw upset has anyone experienced this with them

This place was really good. The pizza and service was good. However, the lasting impression that I came away with was the quality of the workers and staff there. They weren't overly bubbly but they seemed happy to be there and happy to serve us.

Unfortunately I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza both of them was burnt. I ordered a buffalo chicken missing the cheese. As well ordered a cheesesteak missing cheese, and barely any meat! Horrible customer service wasn’t even asking for a refund, but their response was basically oh well! Highly dissatisfied with their appreciation to customers who support their business.

I placed an order at 4:15. Waited an hour and 15 minutes to call to check on eta. She had said they just left. I’m 7-10 minutes away. It’s been 20 minutes since the phone call. If you know it’s going to be a long wait or are short on drivers, please let that be known so that pick up is an option or so we’re aware of the delay. I’m trying to be reasonable because of it being Sunday and it’s a little ugly out but seriously. Almost 2 hours for two boxes of pizza? Is insane. I would’ve just picked it up myself if I would’ve knew and was going too when I called but she said they just left. So I said okay, any minute. Nope.

The dude cooking the food was quite rude., he was eating while handling food, and had a tissue stuffed up his nose while he was walking around the kitchen, I’ll stick to the west york location going forward. Cause this one sucks.
