It's getting 3 stars instead of 1 because the location itself had good people. However the experience of ordering was awful.The app wasn't working so I called. The woman Maria in the call center missed part of my order, which I noticed when she told me the total. I tried repeatedly to go back over it. She kept talking over me, talking down to me like I'm the dumb one when I told her 7x3 for the food is 21 plus 3.50x2 for the drinks is another 7 so with tax should be $29ish. She insisted that the sodas weren't $2.49 they were 3.49 and I got 2, plus 2 $7 items is 14. I kept trying to tell her that I had 3 $7 plus the sodas but she wouldn't let me speak. Finally she told me "just go order it online" and hung up on me. I could understand that if i was rude or cursing at her but I did neither. It said calls are recorded so please go listen so you can see how she spoke to me. So I had to go in and order and wait because that's apparently the only way to order.The only reason I still ordered the food is because calls don't go through the store. The people inside the store were wonderful

Ugh... this shouldn't even be open. All orders here are counter-service only. There are no menus available, just one taped to the counter. If you eat in the dining room, you are supposed to clean up your table yourself... you can imagine how well that works. A quarter of the items we asked about, some of the most common, were not available, and half the regular menu seemed to be missing. There was no parmesan cheese either. It appeared there was only one employee in the entire store handling orders, cleaning, baking, and prep...

Call center sucks,First thing I told them was I have a coupon & read all the details, NO mention of the coupon on the order & order wasn't what I wanted.Manager took care of the order and made sure it was what I wanted, pizza was perfect and everyone was happy with what we got!

My experience at this pizza hut is always great. My food is always excellent and just the way I order it. The employees is always friendly.
I ordered delivery from the mount rose Ave location - the driver arrived at my house and I was paying in cash so I handed him $30 and asked for $2 change- he looked at me and said “ oh you need $2 change? I have to run back to my car to get your change “ I said okay no problem, he comes back with my $2 change looking annoyed and I said thanks so much ! And he walked away muttering “ you’re welcome “ like clearly irritated that I had the audacity to ask for change. I was not pleased with this customer service at all. I have tried to order delivery in the evening times a few times recently and I immediately get a call from the store saying they don’t have a driver so I assume they are struggling finding delivery drivers for 2nd shift. I hope they find some employees who are more pleasant than the young man who delivered my food tonight.
