We stopped on the way for a quick bite today passing through-the kids liked the chicken tenders, I got a Greek salad which was tasty. Our server was very nice and was quick which is what we needed today-we stopped because I figured my son would get a kick out of the theme and the decor would give him something to look at- it did ?the parking lot doesn’t give the most impressive first impression but we were satisfied with the food and service.

Absolutely freaking delicious! Had a competition nearby not long ago and this place really shocked us. It was a lot of food and fed all of us a few times! Definitely stop here if you're considering.

Went there for supper and the wife went in to see if there was a wait and they said they can seat us right away so she let them know she was coming out to car to help get grandchildren from car and we were all back in in less than 5 minutes once we got in they then told us the Manger decided to put them on 25 minutes wait and they did not even honor what we were told at that time we just left and called back into management to explain what went on and she was completely unconcerned and didn't see a problem with telling someone that they can seat you and then decide to put you on a 25 minute wait which would explain why the employees thought that was OK telling someone they can seat you and then telling you no they were not going to, being manged by poor management

First time for steak, they burned it beyond recognition, second strike as wing night was bad two weeks ago, one more and they lose a regular, had all you can eat wings tonight, stellar, best in a long time, glad for the rebound from earlier, I'm a regular now, and look forward to my Wednesday burger, really want to see bike night back soon, come on out, they are trying hard to please.back today looking for steak Jess at bar no effort to take my order, I wanted a steak phuck this place

Have passed by this place many times and finally decided to give it a shot. Both my wife and I loved their burger and gyro sandwich. Will be coming again.
We have previously been happy with our experience at QSL York, PA but last night was disappointing. The food was good but the service was terrible. Being a server can be difficult and everyone has a bad day now and then but the entire staff, with exception of the friendly hostess, seemed disinterested. Our waitress was not attentive enough; 2 drinks sat empty for an extended period of time, she disappeared for long periods of time and when she emerged she was talking on her phone. When on the floor she was literally hanging on the hostess station, her back to the restaurant with her head on her arms. Another time she was practically sitting on a ledge near the door. Towards the end of our meal she delivered the check without asking if we needed refills, would like dessert, etc. (we enjoyed dessert elsewhere btw) It was not near closing time nor were other customers waiting for our table. Maybe end of her shift?? Several employees could be seen on their phones, sitting at empty tables (ok if on break but did not appear to be the case), chatting in small groups with one another, and seeming generally disinterested in their job and duties. It was not crowded in the restaurant but there were patrons scattered about (at least 4 parties of 4 or more) and several customers at the bar. Sadly, our experience last evening was underwhelming. I hope the level of attentiveness, friendliness, interest and customer service is addressed. Standing back observing tables while chatting with coworkers is acceptable in my opinion when not busy but when we can't find our server for drink refills and can't get anyone else to assist despite them leaning on the hostess station, that's poor service. On a positive note, the hostess that greeted us at the door was friendly, efficient and met our request of a table over a booth. Some of her fellow coworkers could learn from her pleasant demeanor.
