Normally I get the peanut power plus it’s the only smoothie I get but today it was just not good at all! Come to find out they changed the dates from normal dates to powdered dates! It is gross!!! Take it back!

Asked for a dairy free smoothie was told they can take the dairy out at the window I asked what do they substitute the dairy with. I was told that they don’t substitute it at all. They just don’t put Dairy in. I explain to the lady that my son had a severe dairy allergen and could not have any dairy in the smoothie, she proceeded to tell me there was no dairy in his smoothie 10 minutes later he’s needing his EpiPen I’ve gotten him smoothies from the east side location and never ran into any issues

I have loved smoothie king for a long time..it’s my families favorite go-to place to get a smoothie or açaí bowl. The prices were already a little high but bc we love their acai bowls and understand that acai can typically be slightly more expensive than other desserts; I didn’t mind making the 24 mile trip to their location 3 times a week. Unfortunately for me, today was the last time. I understand that prices increase with inflation; but to add almost the price of a whole other bowl to the already $30 that I spend for 3 bowls, 3 times a week — I just can’t justify that. It’s also quite disappointing that I didn’t find out about any increase in prices until I went to pay and realized I was being charged 8 dollars more than I was charged yesterday. I’ve always thought of smoothie king as good products for the average family but a family of 3 paying almost 40 for a dessert. Great staff and great food but the price no longer works for me and I have a feeling I won’t be the only one. Wish you all nothing but the best.

30 mins for a mobile order? im not even mad at the worker, as there was ONE person on the floor when i walked in. im mad at management for overworking their employees like this, & i can guarantee they arent paying them appropriately.

I walked in at 11 am. There was no line but 3 cars in drive thru. As I walked in, the server told me that it's going to be 15 minutes before she could get to me. She explained to me that she was the only one, and the owner decided that one person was enough to run the store. I guess the owner miscalculated...smh.

I got to walk in the store to get a smoothie and they have a sign on the door where they only take drive thrus after 5. I can only imagine how many sales they miss out on from people walking over from Chipotle and the dispensary. Must be too much work to handle the drive thru and the lobby guest at the same time.
Fina was (and always is) absolutely delightful and my smoothie was delicious as usual. Easy, fast, prompt customer service aaaand I appreciate how they’ve kept full service with an available bathroom for customers even through construction. Never go here. I wish I could give less than a 1 star. How you going to take out the trash and not wash your hands, and then make my kids a smoothie. I'll never go here again. I would like my $35 back. I just walked out disgusted.
