What a great place to eat and drink, totally recommended because of the food, the place and the excellent attention

Good beer and food. Very nice

Good beers and the best onion rings I've ever had. The pizzas are always a great option. The atmosphere is really nice. In the summer the patio is open. Inside there's multiple floors with the highlight being the fireplace.

Good food and great portions! Great decor. No problem with crowds or service as we visited for a Saturday lunch.

The ambience was well played, pizza was good but, could've used less flour on the bottom. We had to sit off of the bar, the bar tender was on point and personable, deserves a raise. We had the grain salad with falafel and the falafel was not dry, the farro was cooked nicely, it could've used more feta. All in all we will return

Finally checked this brewery off the list and BOY, i had a wonderful experience! Was a bit anxious because of my expectations, as well as gleaning the generally good but slightly mixed reviews.First off, this goes to show that reviews are a helpful guide at best, but are NOT the end-all, be-all, should be taken with a grain of salt, and ultimately, you just can't make a judgment until YOU experience it for yourself. There are a lotta folks out here in the 'verse who are hyper-critical, full of ego, and need to be taken down a peg or three.Pretty sure everyone knows that South County beer is generally excellent. Luckily for me, even living down yonder in the HoCo-BoCo borderlands of central MD, there's a store or two that carries SoCoBrewCo. Snapback was my introduction and it was love at first sight and sip.i have to be honest, i'd had breakfast recently, and wasn't too hungry, so all i ordered to eat was the skillet mac n' cheese (which another reviewer shot down to pieces). Well, said person must have been smoking sumthin' because i thought it was rich, zesty, and very tasty. At $6 it was a great value, and perfect for my light appetite. To go with, i had an 8oz. pour of Sound Machine (pale ale) and an 8oz. pour of the Peacemaker NE IPA. The latter is known far and wide and perhaps their best since Snapback; the former was very similar in flavor, but of course without the bite, and had the additional component of a touch of lactose to smooth it out.To address another boneheaded complaint, it's their choice to not offer flights, and, as a former industry vet, i can appreciate this, even if feeling somewhat ambivalent or torn. Imagine you're the bartender. On a jam-packed Saturday night. Your bar is overflowing. The house is on an hour wait. There are also three large parties, and each party is raucous and switching seats all the the time...are you starting to get it now? Would YOU want to pour a rack of flights on a night like that? This was most likely their logic, and ANYWAY, 8oz. pours are still a great option - and well-priced.i'm not saying every critique of SoCoBrewCo isn't valid, but again, some people need to get off their high horses and put themselves in the other's boots. Even worse are the Karens and little Boy Scouts who whine about not being able to bring their doggies to a lodge-style indoor venue. This isn't that farm brewery with acres of empty land, tractor rides, and the like. If you realize this beautiful concept restaurant for what it is, instead of what you wish it were, you should have a pretty decent to an excellent time. Let the main attraction do most of the talking. Don't get your panties in a knot if your order wasn't quite perfect. Be a grownup, bring your friends, and just try and enjoy yourselves. As for myself and my very first visit, i was very, very satisfied and will definitely be back, in due time (i *am* about an hour and a few minutes away).Oh...sorry this is so long, but as far as the service: The two bartenders were total A-gamers. They weren't just doing a decent job, they were absolutely on point. Right after i arrived, the bar filled up, and THEN a group of at least 25-30 showed up - and somehow managed to negotiate for SEPARATE CHECKS (?‍♂️?), which is against the general policy. The two gals at the helm (with an able assist from another server/barback) took it in stride, showed no irritation, and handled both the party and the rest of the house with efficiency and grace. Wish i got their names, but they have my utmost respect ? * Visited: around noon, 2/29, far end of bar** YouTube vid coming later in March-early April!

For a while there, we were unimpressed with the food. THAT HAS CHANGED NOW! The BBQ here is legit. Cornbread is amazing, the chicken was banging. The smoked sausage was fantastic especially with the purple cabbage under it. Rounded everything out so nicely. The beer here is always phenomenal. I'm so glad that the food has made such a turn around. You are right down the road from u and we will be making more visits soon.

On Feb 18th we had the worst service and were very unhappy. We were celebrating a late Valentines day and our waitress ignored us. We never recieved our appetizers and it took almost 30 minutes to recieve a apple cider beverage which was flat by the time it arrived. She never came back to see if we needed anything so i asked another staff member for to go boxes and dessert. What is happening to our once favorite restaurant?

Came today 2-18-24 for the Valentines dinner. They didn't have the steak that was on the menu. The lobster bisque was amazing. My ribeye was ok. I didnt taste they looked aweful. Greenbeens were hard and terrible tasting. My wife had the crabcakes. We wondered if the crab was cooked and tasted horrible. Finally, the rice was terrible. I would fire the kitchen staff that worked today. What happened to this place? I've given lots of reviews in my life this was the worst. However invested the 14 mil in this place should turn things around asap. The servers need couch3d on how to serve.

Great atmosphere and great service! Reasonable prices for good beer and good food. Perfect spot for a date night with your spouse or even take the whole family!

We came tonight for dinner. We had reservations and were seated on time. The place is beautiful inside and out. But, there is a lot of room for improvement. I’m “assuming” this isn’t a child friendly restaurant because they didn’t offer a children’s menu. Was really surprised at this!! Prices were on the higher side. I got the ribs entree. They were good but the sides came in small bowls. Each side you got 2-4 fork fulls. And a slice of hard bread. It came with baked beans and Cole slaw. The beans were spicy, one bite was enough. The Cole slaw was terrible. No juice at all. Very bland. One fork full was one too many.My adult son got a steak. Said was”ok” . No A-1 steak sauce or any steak sauce for that matter.Baked beans, he didn’t eat and small potatoes. No butter , no salt, very bland. Husband got brisket , very dry. Not impressed at all. Coleslaw , didn’t eat. Beans, didn’t eat.Daughter in law and granddaughter split chicken dinner. Nice garden salad. Chicken was pink in some areas. Ordered a side of French fries. Very good.No salt or pepper on the table. Most likely will not return or recommend. Lots of areas for improvement!!!!Very disappointed.

I wouldn’t bring my worst enemy here. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Service was ok. Food and beer were less than average. Will not return. Place is really nice, but the people that run this establishment need a training course.

Excellent beer as always! We love it here! The Hot Chicken sandwich will feed two! I highly recommend the trip to enjoy a good experience.
