I ordered subway through DoorDash. Both subs were wrong. One sub was supposed to be Italian herbs and cheese bread. It was regular Italian the second so I was supposed to have pepperonis on it that I paid extra for and it did not have extra so I called the store to let them know and they claim it was DoorDash. I said no it was not DoorDash because the receipt is correct. I said you guys just don’t know how to make the order correctly he said again we have no power over the DoorDash app, and again I had told him it is not the DoorDash app it is you guys at Subway

Forced Tipping?!?!?! Placed an order to go yet we were forced to pay a minimum 15% tip. WHY? We did not have a server come to our table and take a drink order, and then return for a food order. No server to explain food items on the menu. No server to bring us our drinks and food. No server to follow up with meal and drink satisfaction. No server to clear our table. No server to thank us for dining here. So why am I forced to tip a minimum 15%??? Covid ended 2 years ago. Since then food prices and employee wages have skyrocketed. I'm a retiree on a fixed income that has stayed flat. When I asked why the meatball sub w/cheese is $8 but the price of Subway Series #6 The Boss costs $10.25, I was told that The Boss has "some" slices of pepperoni. So over $2 just for "some" slices of pepperoni? Ridiculous. And then to be forced to pay an additional minimum tip of 15%. That was just insult to injury. This is why we usually purchase top quality Angus ground beef in the store for $5/# and make our own meatballs. Forget you Subway, you're pricing yourself out of my business. Meatball subs at Subway used to be very fairly priced below other sub offerings but not anymore. Fugetaboutit.

Subs are very good but won't go back as they DONT HAVE HOT PEPPER RELISH IT'S A MUST ON A SUB AND THEY SAID CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS SAYS THEY DON'T CARE THEY DON'T WANT TO PUT IT ON THEIR SUBS WELL 99% OF US LIKE ARE HOT PEPPERS SO AND WE DO NOT WANT JALAPENO OR BANANA PEPPERS SO TAKE YOUR SUBS AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SELL THEM

Management is extremely rude. We ordered a meal for delivery that they decided a bag of chips and two cookies was a good replacement.They never called to ask us what we would prefer. We called them same day and the day after and got two different stories as to why, including them lieing about calling and getting confirmation from us. Both times we were hung up on after the manager consistently spoke over us. I rarely provide feedback online, but this was the worst experience I have ever encountered and I will never spend money at this location again.

Toaster oven not working shortly after opening. Employees say they can’t get the parts. That is a key to their operation. Very dissatisfied. No VA discounts as well.
