Drove twenty minutes to get a 12 pack of cookies, was even gonna leave a tip for them to make it fresh. Well apparently they don’t and they won’t. wouldn’t recommend this place.

Terrible company and people. Couldn't accept the coupon code that we had. The sub was not worth $15 dollars at all and I will stop coming to subway for food.

Subway is 0/2 for my last two orders. Thought I might have a better experience by driving an extra mile to a different location.This time I received the messiest, ugliest Subway sub I've ever seen.Unfortunately, the real problem is that this sub was not made as ordered, it's even missing cheese.Maybe you are taking "sandwich artist" to an extreme. Reality is, I ordered a sub a particular way and expect it that way. No "art" or creative liberties please... It's not like I ordered Lobster Thermador... It's a sandwich, it's an easy job, and it's sad that it can even be done so poorly, so consistently.As the saying goes... "Only you could F___ up a ham sandwich"This sub was tuna, not ham, just to be clear....

Stopped to eat there today was so disappointed I always like eating this subway but no more food not taste good they don't take coupons plus 2 subs and a drink 28.00 not worth it at all!! Waste of money and they got rid of my favorite sweet peppers too and spinach wraps ! I got the Philly cheese meat was yuck

Let me tell everyone the subway in shiloh is by far the worst subway in the whole world. It takes them 10 minutes to put cheese on your sub, one girl doesn’t even talk to you, just throws stuff all over ur sub. yea I get it it all goes to the same place but this is terrible. I don’t understand the work ethic in todays generation teenagers now adays are just spoiled little brats nobody that works in subway wants to work in here, so then don’t work it’s not hard to make a sub.
