The store is on a small strip mall, which is VERY dark and not well lite…The store was empty, but when I walked in the young lady behind the counter didn’t greet me. I spoke twice before she spoke hesitantly! Was very disappointed with that. She fixed my sandwich in silence, didn’t ask what I wanted. I just volunteered…Went to get a drink, the wasn’t put on properly after cleaning so the drinks sprayed all over me. The gentleman who worked there was apologetic. And he was pleasant. Said farewell. So that’s why more stars weren’t taken away.

Been coming here for years, we refuse to go to any other locations. The lady manager has been there a while and I've certainly seen some people act like they've never been in public before with her but never seen her act out if grace. It is a Subway not- fine dining! Even so, the store is always clean for my lunch break or bringing the kids in after school. Thanks!

Keryn was a good hard worker. She was busy when I went in for lunch and multitasked effortlessly and with grace. She is a breathe of fresh air and I will choose this location just to see her smiling face!

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for a long time. The customer service used to be great. Recently, we haven’t been going as much because the place is 100% going downhill ever since the older lady that works there started. I’m not sure of her name, but it seems from other reviews that others would agree. She’s not nice whatsoever, rolls her eyes at anything and everything, always has a dirty look on her face, and doesn’t treat her coworkers well at all. There were other customers in there who she also gave attitude to. Whoever she is, she’s completely ruining the atmosphere there, and she makes both of us not want to go back. Her attitude is too persistent to just be a “bad day.” If you work a customer service job, you belong being friendly and respectful to your customers and coworkers. SHE IS NOT. I won’t be back.

Decided to get a quick bite to eat at this location as soon as my girlfriend. And I walked in the establishment. The lady behind the counter had a really bad mood. Mood and seemed irritated also didn't look like she wanted to be there. She huffed and puffed every ti. Asked a question or had to add something to my sandwich like if I was inconveniencing her.I will not go back to this location again. There's a reason her name started with an a and ended with the a. If I was her boss I would have fired her on the spot

I called. This subway asking for the owner. Or manager. Cause I’m doing a feed the homeless. Charity ! I got a call from the owner. It was a very unsettling conversation so basiclh he told me he’s a private owner and has a family to feed. It’s not like I’m asking for help every week thus is just a one time thing And. Finally agreed to giving me each sub for 6 dollars. I told him I would be in touch but I tried texting and calling him he ignored me ! Si called the subway store and their employer refused to take a message to send to him she said if he wanted to help he would respond. She talked to me like I was a piece of garbage. ! I wanted nothing free. Just trying to feed homeless. Is all. !

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I told myself the first time I wouldn’t be back after my awful experience… but I gave it another try considering I might of caught the employees on an off day. I went to this location (12/13/23) and I don’t know the name of the older lady , a younger one was there as well. Both were not pleasant at all- but the older women ….. she was horrible!!!!! So negative, caught an attitude immediately when I asked for extra green peppers ( considering I only get a veggie sub- contorting of VEGGIES, and she gives me 3 green peppers). She throws 2 other peppers down when I asked for extra …. Well after seeing what her extra constituted of , I was trying to think ahead and I asked for extra chipotle sauce on my sub ( and after she literally squirted the sauce once ) I asked for more on the side- she filled the portion cup not even a quarter of the way…. This is not about me being greedy either wanting my sub to be over the top - it wasn’t even up to standard!!!! It was below the bare minimum. And for the prices ???? This review is also about the older employees attitude ( no clue her name she wasn’t wearing a name tag! ) that employee is really going to bring that establishment down, I know for certain I will not be back. Not to mention my boyfriend who was with me, leaned over and accidentally hit the cookie tray on top of the checkout counter and this lady flips and proceeds to tell us if we would of knocked it over ( which so dramatic to say ) we would have to pay for all the cookies !! Ahaha, how about you get that thing secured to your counter so it doesn’t become a liability issue Miss Karen. I hope that lady has the day she deserves !!

Let me start by saying that I usually don’t have the time to do this but today I HAVE TIME. If I could give this place a negative score I would. I have never felt so disrespected by a restaurant than my experience a few mins ago. I went in to subway to order a great garlic sandwich. The sandwich says 2x cheese. They put the cheese on my sandwich and it did not look like 2x which is what I’m paying for. The manager on duty, Selena, was making my sandwich. I let her know my concern abt the amount of cheese in a respectful manner. She proceeded to pull out a cup a sheet of sub wrap and show me how much regularly goes on a sub(not 2x). It looked pretty comparable I told her and chuckled a bit. I said it’s okay and to continue the sandwich to which she said now I’m not making this, you can go elsewhere. I was taken aback as I never disrespected her created any issues. There was another associate there and after asking for a manager her response is that the lady making the sandwich is the boss. I feel disrespected, discriminated against and as a customer, if I’m paying for something and it doesn’t look right I should be able to state that. This is not okay and she does not have the skills needed to be in a customer service position
