I really love their food. I’ve never had an issue. But recently I did. I was highly grossed out when they where toasting my sub. They started wiping down the line where they make the subs with their bare gloves..Then taking the trays out where the bread is. When my sub was done toasting, they didn’t change their gloves and continued to contaminate all the veggies. I threw my sub away. So $11 wasted..

Is one of my favorite places to eat but today the lady who was behind the counter I don’t know if she has issues or what she was pushy and not helpful at all always pushing you out of the way and when he become to make your sandwich she was stinky like hell that’s a matter that you ask for extra and you offered to pay whatever what’s the price if you don’t like it work don’t work there or please do not take it on the customers. We are not the issue.

This location is a scam. Rude employees and they do not offer the deals that are on their app and will not refund. The garbage cans are over flowing and the floor is sticky abd gross. The manager is scamming people out of deals. Be ware. Also my orded was missing toppings and

So I eat A LOT of subway however this was the first time coming to this location and definitely will be the last. The man taking orders didn’t greet us and was not welcoming at all. We could barely hear him and he wasn’t speaking up or making eye contact. 4/5 of our subs were toasted and it was literally as if it went into the oven. We know it did because we visually saw it put in but no tasteful. My biggest issue and this one really grossed me and upsetting me big time that the older gentleman (possibly a manager) was sneezing up a storm. Nose literally red and for one he wasn’t wearing gloves and two when he was ringing me up he kept sneezing and wiping his nose with his wrist. That’s absolutely disgusting. This is not what one wants to be experiencing when going to a good establishment.

I stop at this subway for the first time my friend went with me she had a coupon for 3 subs for 17.00 they refused the coupons then I said I would pay for my sandwich and soda it was16.00 when I order my sub I told the lady I have lung cancer and could not talk very well she was not speaking English So I asked her what she was saying I asked for Swiss cheese and she said they don,t have Swiss cheese I said I diden,t no that the other subways I went to did she took it apone her self and threw American cheese on my sandwich dident aske what eles I wanted put 3 pieces of ham 3pieces of turkey and 3 pieces of bacon and the throw on cheese and threw in a bag never will I go to the subway on white st in york again they are going to loose a lot of people with this lady working there

We found this store back during Covid. They went above and beyond trying to take care of their customers trying to protect them from Covid. If we wanted subway we always went to this store because the staff took very good care of the customers. Tonight we were out running errands and decided we wanted subway. I ordered a sub and asked for lettuce. The lady put a couple pieces of lettuce on it. I asked for more because I like a lot of lettuce on my subs. She said I can’t put more on due to a lettuce shortage. At that point I almost walked out. I usually only get lettuce, tomato and onions on my sub but instead I had them put all the vegetables on. It was an ok sub but not what I wanted. I will not be stopping by subway at least until the lettuce shortage is over. If I’m paying $12 for a sub I’m going to go somewhere that will make my sub the way I like it.

Been going to subway for decades. Came in today with a buy one get one free coupon and they told me they would not accept it. coupon is within expiration date. Now your competition will get my business from now on.

A young lady came in after I made my purchase to say her mom's credit card wasnt working. (She apparently left to try an ATM) and politely apologized to the lady at the counter. I turned and said I'd pay for it. (Kids shouldn't go hungry ever) The lady said it was $40. I still agreed. The young lady graciously thanked me. The lady at the counter offered me free food for the gesture and outside a very nice lady (with her children) waited to thank me herself. The world still has good people in it.
