They emphatically told me they, the "owners" opted out of all coupon books this year. However, the "owners" who supposedly did this must have missed the boy scout coupon booklet that was sold to me. Because it definitely lists this address and this phone number. I used the phone number listed in the coupon booklet and reached the people inside who just turned me away. Subway's loss. I'm headed home to make my own sandwich now. I suppose I should thank them for saving me money.

Ordered my food online and went to pick it up. The manager said someone already picked up my subs. I informed her that I did not pick up my subs. She stated some man picked them up and had my name. I then showed her my receipt she said there was nothing she could do someone already picked up the subs. I asked for my money to be returned she refused to return my money or make me new subs. I do not recommend this place you won't receive you food or your money back!

I was in PA ONLY for the day because I live in MD. Stopped for a quick lunch. I didn't see OR realize it at the terminal. We only ordered 2 foot long subs ( no extra's, meats, etc ) 1 six inch sub, and 2 sodas. It didn't dawn on me at that moment because I didn't have to sign my credit card slip, I saw later that the total was $73.57 !!!! 3 subs, 3 people !! 2 fellas & 1 gal... The cashier clearly overcharged me and snuck a tip in on an overpriced frigging sub. I would have 100% said something, BUT I didn't see OR realize at the time the total while standing there ! And I DIDN'T get the total until ( from my bank ) until later that evening ? ?

Very nice people behind the counter, but there are bare minimum toppings available. No provolone cheese, no red pepper relish and no onions the night I was there a few days ago September 2023! And their prices have doubled in just a few years! So now I'm paying twice as much for a sub that has hardly any toppings! What a rip off! I'm sure however that executive management hasn't missed raise in pay or bonus in like.... EVER! Subway has lost their way!! Never again I'm sorry to say, as I was once one of their biggest fans!

I've been going to this location for years now, let me clarify what I know so far:-Coupons are for participating locations, read the coupons-Different restaurants pay different taxes therefore different prices-People ask for a sub and then look at the prices on the boards, I would personally look at the boards first-There is a sign that says where the line starts, again I would read anything specially the prices first. Don't be that person that gets surprised for not reading

My mother was asked to leave this store today by a very rude person. My mother was coming in to order food but also had to use the restroom. The woman behind the counter advised that the bathroom is for paying customers, she advised that she was making a purchase, she was then told to that if she is making a purchase she needed to start at another part of the line, my mother is disabled and walks with a cane she advised that if she had to start all the way at the other part of the line she wouldn’t make it to the restroom.This store is ageist and discriminates against people with disabilities. You all should be ashamed of yourself. Having a bad day is fine however that does t give you the right yo be rude and mean to others. I hope this doesn’t happy to your grandmothers or mothers or anyone who is older in your families

I was just in. Asked for a 6 inch classic spicy Italian. Girl behind the counter said they don't do the classic anymore, they moved it to the hotshot Italian. I agreed and was charged $9 for a 6 inch sub. After i left i looked up online ordering and what do ya know, the classic is still on the menu. I was charged $9 for literally the same sub. Never again

Today I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I proceeded to tell the young lady my order. As I am telling her what I wanted the other girl starts putting the chicken with the skin on my sandwich and I hate that chicken. I informed her I wanted the grilled chicken sandwich which is normally on the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. She tells me theres an extra charge for the bacon on the sandwich but than tells me its the same price. I was very confused, on an extra charge. I was so hungry I proceeded with my order. When I recieved my reciept it says they charged me a extra 3.19 for bacon. So I am suppose to believe the chicken bacon ranch sandwich is now 16.00? I will not be going to that location anymore they are so petty and charge for silly things that other locations would never charge you.
