I have been here several times. Managers and staff are extremely kind and keep the subway very clean. Everything tastes good and all veggies are fresh!

Subway sandwiches are always amazing. Depending on the employee that's making if. The employees here are always in a bad mood or with attitudes. Like you're making a sandwich, not performing brain surgery.

Came in to order food after work. Was asked how many subs rather than a friendly hello how can I help you. The young man behind the counter seemed a little lost with what he was doing. Prepared the subs I ordered as needed. He asked his coworker for the large bags because I had ordered combos and it would be too much for a small bag. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a large bag after she told him to put it in a small bag. After being in the service industry for 20 years I know we don't always enjoy our jobs all the time but at least fake it til your guests leave. Shame to see what I had to deal with this evening

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to and mostly because of the sandwich artist, Kim. She was rude and impatient. She obviously did not want to work and was very sloppy making our sandwiches. The man in front of me politely asked her to spread the peppers out but she told him “you just want to argue”. I wanted my peppers spread out too but after witnessing that incident, I decided not to ask. My order was a mobile order and I got there at the specified pickup time but it was not done. I watched her make it in front of me as if I was a walk in. Very poor service, won’t be back.

Wasn't the greatest experience.1 - Veggies were not ripe. Tomatoes were green and hard2 - This is the big on. The employee that was making my sandwich couldn't even talk to me. She was too busy talking to her mother who was sitting at a table. It was as if I wasn't even there. And If I asked for something to be added I would get a look of " really" like I was interrupting their personal conversation.Not how you treat a customer who's sandwich you are trying to make. I won't be back. I'll try Jersey Mikes next time.

Don't believe the childish reviews likely left by former teenage employees no doubt. The place was very clean, employee friendly & sandwich delicious.

The floor was appalling dirt everywhere the food looked like it was three days old and tasted like it too. And while talking with one of the employees they told me that bread was made 3 days ago. how disgusting they don't ever wash there hands before making the sandwich's. I would not eat there again the best part about the place was the front because you get to see on your way in and out.

I went here today and it was awful. I waited 15 minutes for a foot long cheesesteak. The staff were more busy talking to each other and waiting on their friends. Me and another person who were on our lunch break had to ask them to fish our sandwich vs talking to friends. The "supervisor " told all of us 10% off for everyone and then talked to her friends. The group was cursing and bashing the Doordash guy. I called in and the "Supervisor " was one of the employees that had been working. She told me I must of had the wrong store. I said no it was Eastern Blvd. she said she was there all day and didn't know what I was talking about. She asked me "When was you here?", with an attitude. I told her never mind because she didn't seem to care. She said "No, I want to review the video". I told her when I was there. I paid over $18.00 for a foot long cheesesteak combo. Never again.

I’ve been going to the SUBWAY® for almost 10 years and the past 2 years EVERY TIME they mess up my order. Every. Single. Time. Today I ordered a salad & it was barley filled I could see the bottom of the salad bowl, went back to ask for more spinach and the employee wants to get smart with me??? Nothing but young teenagers running this store into the ground. Absolutely ridiculous. Paying $11.00 for a handful of lettuce!! Smh
