Best Taco Bell service I've ever had, not sure what these other reviews are talking about probably just angry fat people.

This is the absolute worst "slow food" restaurant we have ever been to. The bathroom was disgusting, tables were dirty, the floor was gross. Customers place their own order via touch screen kiosk. All the employees do is literally make the food and hand it out and that is portrayed as rocket science being handled by monkeys. We watched a full crew take 25 minutes to fill orders as they bickered about who's going out to smoke at 9:00 p.m. at night. The worst customer service we have ever experienced along with poorly made food.

I worked here for three days and had to quit. The one 2nd shift manager served hard cinna bons just because she didn't wanna make more. I was going to but someone kept saying there was no more. There was a box of them in the mini fridge lmao and they take 3 mins to fry. They use the same grease to fry everything and don't change it. The first night I worked with this manager, she was giving me attitude and acted like I could not do anything. First job EVER where I felt completely uncomfortable and feel so bad for their customers!Plus one night the manager was talking dirty about her p...y and we're competing against each other to see who could make certain tacos and order the fastest. Irresponsible.

The staff was so kind, they let me take a much needed break and eat and charge my phone for my three mile walk in 90° heat. God bless them, seriously

I ordered a patty pack of supreme tacos. Everyone was regular. Disappointed people here... $50 worth of tacos, couldn't you get 1 right?

Solid experience. Friendly staff, and quick hot food. Everything is updated except for the the old school blue and purple interior of the store. Which is a plus in my book.

Couldn't dine in due low staff I guess. The staff they did have were amazing. Double checking with us to make sure they got it right. Somehow I lost my receipt so they could have just not helped me at all. Nope they were great. Even gave us a couple freebies.

June 2022 - stopped by on the way home to DC.Worse TB ever!Dirty is an understatement.How do you come to work and not clean? ?Tables not wiped.Chairs, windows and floors had grime all over them.OMG @ the disgusting bathrooms. I mentioned it to a young girl [staff] and she told me it wasn't her job but will inform mgmt. I stood there and she never opened her mouth.Staff just walk back n forth by register. Unwelcoming!I saw a manager making food but she should of had her staff do that and handle customers.I'm glad I dont live or travel that way - nobody should eat there.Tear it down & start over!!!

WORST Taco Bell EVER! The place is dirty, the employee staff are lazy and slow, and the food sucks. My food was cold and tasted stale. My dine-in experience here sucked. I will NEVER return!
Today's visit was not as great as previous visits. The food consistency was not as good as prior visits. Every single table in the dining area was dirty. I used ice cubes and napkins to clean our table. My beefy melt burrito had exactly two red crunchy pieces in it. Not impressed today.

Thought I rated this already...But...let me just say...the people here make this a great place for lunch. Now, I'm not saying it's necessarily good for your waistline to be on a first name basis with the cashier at Taco Bell...but...that's how amazing their customer service is. ?♂️Last time I was there they were trying out a new guacamole recipe and passed samples to a few customers. It was honestly better quac than I had at an expensive hotel café quite recently.....I'm just getting going...Wendy's nearby is just sad...And Arby's next door can't even bother to open their dining area. (Sigh)Jordan...you rock my brother!

just got some things from taco bell, meals for 4 adults. ordered the food, put the max option on the mobile app for 25 mild sauce packets, got home (30 mins away from this location) there's no mild sauce. there's no sauce at all. I'm big sad bc I don't get taco bell often but I think the food is semi flavorless, the mild sauce makes it better. bruh.

I am 90% certain this is the fastest Taco Bell drive through experience ever and the food was 100% the best I have ever had it. The workers were some of the best workers ever, they made sure we had sauce and then gave us like no less then 20 mild sauces after we asked for more. I don't know why all the reviews I saw were so bad but this Taco Bell is worth getting off the highway for.
