Have been ordering since they opened. The food is not bad,but their customer service is the worst. I have always gotten the pizza and boli special with a trail boli instead of the ham. First they charged extra even though the boli is the same price. They now refuse to substitute.

Took over an hour for delivery. Food arrived COLD. We were missing an entire sub. Chicken cheesesteak sub showed up as beef cheesesteak sub with barely any meat on it. Guy who took our order sounded annoyed that we were even calling, did not sound pleasant at all.

honestly the best place to get a stromboli & wings !! This is seriously the only place where my boyfriend will get wings , service is always good as well as the price i feel is decent for the amount you get !!

We got to try Trail Pizza and Subs for the first time today. We ordered a supreme pizza and a cheese steak sub. The total came to 41$. The pizza is the only reason I am not giving it a 1 star. The sub barely had any meat on it. It was the most pathetic cheese steak sub I have ever had.

I have ordered food once here before after it changed from Paradise pizza. Last night I ordered a Antipasto salad and a Calzone, and these guys hit it out of the park. Everything was hot and fresh--plenty of meat and cheese in the Calzone, sauce was great, and the garlic dipping sauce and pepperocinis were a nice touch (and I usually do eat them). The salad was loaded with meat and cheese and tasted very fresh as well. I have 2 or 3 other pizza shops closer to me, but as long as the quality stays this high at Trail, I will drive the couple of extra miles and get my food here. Thanks for a great dinner and leftovers.....

Taco Pizza and boneless wings are fantastic. As I am originally from NY, it's safe for me to say this is the most authentic pizza that I've had locally. Places are known to charge credit card fees these days.. but this place also gives you coupons in mail and sometimes with your order. So honestly, the credit card fee is not a deal breaker for me. Staff is courteous. Will be a continuous customer. Thanks!

the pan pizza they just sold to me for $15 was a DiGiorno rising crust frozen pizza. I swear! it looked and tasted exactly the same as one. WILL NEVER GET FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN!
The food was ok, nothing special, but my real problem is the surcharge they added for credit card use. Please stop adding charges to your customer’s bill and price your menu accordingly. I have no problem with you raising your prices 3% but I have a problem with the bait and switch practice of advertising one price and charging another at the counter just for using a credit card.
