We were there at 530pm on 2/17/24. Worker inside leaning on counter looking at his phone. Doors locked. Never acknowledged us at door. We then tried calling and thru window watched worker pick up phone then hang it up and set it down. No service. No food. Lousy. Supposed to be open til 9pm. What’s up with this behavior?

Placed an online for two smoothies around 8:30 and aware they close at 9, taking only few minutes to get there. I show up and they are closed? so why accept my order and take my money if they were gonna close before 9 unannounced?

The open sign is never turned on, their lights are never on. Do they want people to think they are not open so they have less work to do? Whenever I have come to this location they act like I am bothering them when I just place an order for a single smoothie.

I wish I was lying when I tell you the last time I went here staff were all wearing pajamas, playing rap music and refusing to wait on customers. I left. Wish corporate would do something about this location.

Always love the mocha madness smoothies! And I had to get on here to say the young kind black skinned girl working at 6:00 PM on Friday, October 6th 2023 was absolutely wonderful!! Her customer service and her smile were the happiest and kindest I’ve experienced in a loooong time. Management, pease recognize her for her outstanding service!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Last 3 times I’ve been to this store they don’t have their open light on but proceed to be open. Upon entering am told they aren’t making food, but continue to make food for people placing online orders. Don’t waste your time going to this location unless you want rude people and watered down smoothies.

I get a smoothie every morning before work. The lady that usually works mornings is so incredibly nice. She goes above and beyond for her customers especially when they don't have something you want. She is all around great at her job and has amazing customer service. Never once have I had a complaint about my smoothie or my food. It's fantastic!!!

I usually go here on Friday afternoon's to get a smoothie for my girlfriend and myself , I order our smoothies , than my girlfriend notices something from the menu she would like to try , i ask one of the employee's nicely how big the sandwiches are and the looked at me and shrugged him shoulders and he's like "uh , man i don't know maybe someone over there does" , i didn't mind , thought maybe it was just him , 4 other people come over and i ask about the Sandwich size , they give me a blank stare and a "what did you just say?" face , i look at him and tell him exactly , " so none of you have any idea what the size of the sandwich is or the portion sizes of the food YOU sell"? eventually the manager comes over (some bigger African American lady with curly hair) and tells me "sir please, these are all children" sure lady , that guy over there who is as tall as I am with a super deep voice is a child, right... , i wasn't yelling or being rude , i simply asked what size the sandwiches are , she proceeds to give me a attitude with a dirty look as if I WAS THE ONE WHO DID SOMETHING WRONG! , I ordered the Sandwich and sat down and we ate , the food was good but the service was some of the worse I've ever experienced , if a place is ran with "Children" who don't even know what products they are selling , than its time to evaluate who works at the store so better service can be provided and so that customers are not lost, still deciding if I even want to go back after that terrible experience.

There was a heavier set black woman who while making my food kept going back to a watch a video she had playing on her phone and kept laughing at it which stretched out getting my food by an unnecessary bit. The dude who made my shakes though with glasses did a banger job though. I don't like to complain ever but I feel like the blatant unprofessionalism was just rough.
