I always use to go to this Wendy’s but they to lazy serving the food and always forgot item in the drive thru. I just left the restauran spend like 5 minutes the cashier saw me there and never took my order. The place is always dirty

The absolute worst. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes finally get up to the window and all the workers were just in there talking laughing staring at us. Not to mention the food I waited over 30 minutes for wasn’t even HOT! I don’t know why I bother coming to this location anymore it’s always horrible.

I don't write reviews often anymore, but this is -- by far -- consistently, one of the worst fast food locations I have ever been to. Every now and then we decide to choose Wendy's to see if it's gotten any better. Because, back in the day, when we used to get Wendy's, it used to be high quality, the service used to be decent, and it felt like you got a pretty decent value. At this point, we frequent Wendy's (maybe) once every 3 months -- Just to check back in to see if they've got their stuff together. This most recent trip, was the worst in years.So, I'm officially done with Wendy's. There were so many issues in our most recent visit, that I am not even going to take the time to elaborate. My best advice to you, is in a world where there is a plethora of food options in a 1 mile radius, choose anything but Wendy's.

Husband had ordered a Dave’s double combo, and a 4 piece nuggets. We get home, and he gets a plain chicken sandwich! It was messed up thanks to DoorDash, they need to straighten out the difference between DoorDash orders and orders placed at the place! They didn’t even make him a fresh burger when we went back, they just gave him the one that was supposed to be his, cause it was cold when we got home

Probably the worst Food I've ever gotten from Wendy's. I elect not to use the Wendy's location in Strinesown because of their lack of customer service but this location Takes the award for the probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been into in my entire life. Not only is it dirty on the outside with their dumpsters overflowing with trash but there is discarded cups on the ground at the entrances, their windows are dirty with handprints and grease. I noticed all of this because I sat in the Drive-Thru line for more than 30 minutes. All of this should have given me my first indication that I probably should just leave and not even order food. The food lacked everything that would have made it appetizing. I'm not really sure what the seasons of fries with but I never knew . . I don't know Wendy's fries were spicy and cold. My lips literally are burning from whatever they were either cooked in or seasoned with. Now I like hot and spicy foods I just don't anticipate french fries to be hot and spicy. I also don't anticipate for a crunchy hamburger not from the lettuce but from the meat itself. I ordered a double but received the flattest driest hamburger patties that were horribly overcooked to the extent that they were crunchy. Covering them up with two layers of cheese did not make a difference. Until Wendy's steps up and checks this location out I would never go back here again
The staff is nice I just wish this location cleaned up more. Like close the store for a day or two and get a professional out to deep clean.

Absolutely out of control on the evening of 1-26-24. The kids behind the counter working just did not care, moving as slow as possible but when their buddies came they had their food ready to go, giving them discounts with no care who saw it. Smart enough to know that they would take all the orders so the computer looks like they are all on time but everyone was standing in the dining room waiting forever to get their food. I waited 30 minutes for a burger and frosty and 2 of their buddies 3 people behind me got their food before me. If the manager was there he or she was worthless because it did not change. Sad that it has to be like that! I will not be back there again.
