Went through the drive through for 2 frosty’s. They said cash only drive through and card inside. I asked 1 question why and the girl got disturbed, handed me my order in a bag then quickly closed the window hard and quick without asking if we needed anything. Maybe she is just having a bad night ??

Pull up to the window and can’t even give us a total. No hi no nothing. Tell us it’s either cash or if it’s card we have to park and go inside to pay. Only car in line and took 20 minutes for two number 1’s. Will never be back to this location. HORRIBLE.

This Wendy's is a joke. Waited for my food in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Had to physically get out of my car and knock on the window to get someone's attention. Even after all that, the food I received wasn't even what I ordered. I dont think I can recall a single smooth experience at this location and I've been going here for years but this is officially my last visit.

If I could have given them a minus star I would this place is terrible the employees are incompetent we went thru the drive thru ordered theb when we got to the window were told they can't take cards only cash at the window but we could come inside to order how ridiculous if that was the case he should have told us before we ordered and the manager was out back smoking instead of even trying to resolve the issue

Unable to order. We have a big truck so we tried to go inside but it was locked. So we went through the drive thru the lady kept asking if we had cash they were only doing cash only. After we said we had cash she told us we shouldn’t be in the drive thru because our truck was too big. Seems like they didn’t want to do their job.. first it was cash only now our truck is too big. Unprofessional and Unaccommodating

This place is terrible to go too, they never accept card only exact cash, they have gone through different management constantly yet keep the same awful experience. Come here occasionally for lunch to always be told they don't have something or won't be accepting card. Unbeliably bad management.

You can definitely tell the employees here are all from York city. Not a single kitchen worker wearing gloves, managers literally look homeless and dirty, and they act like you are the biggest nuisance to them. I’m worried to even try the food thinking i might get food poisoning.
