The wings are so small I’m embarrassed for them and there’s barely any sauce on them. Surprised they’re still around. They got one star because my order was quick. Not even kind of worth the money or visit.

Called several times to get hung up on or told to hold and than hung up on. If your busy I understand but you can at least say that.

I called to order 12 wings fried extra crispy and a steak quesadilla. After waiting 30 minutes to come to the store I had to wait another 45 minutes in the store. Once I got home my wife's quesadilla was only cheese and chopped steak my wings were barely done and the two women working gave themselves a $5 tip off of my card!! I will be there tomorrow to speak personally to management

NOTE: This review was originally sent directly to Wings to Go via the contact portal on their website on 12/28. I was hoping to resolve this directly and give them a chance to rectify this situation. I have yet to receive any response so I am now posting my review for the public.I called to place an order Wednesday, 12/23 around 7:40. I ordered 30 boneless wings with sauce on the side, 10 boneless wings with a dry rub, and a large order of French fries. I was told the order would be ready in about 20 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant around 7:55 and stood at the counter for several minutes before I was acknowledged by one of the two employees working. She stated it would be a few minutes, which I was fine with. During this time, I observed the two employees doing many things other than prepare food. They were cleaning, the one was checking her phone, they were talking to one another, etc. At this point, there were two other people also waiting for orders who had not been greeted/acknowledged. After about 10 minutes, the one employee rung up my order for me to pay. I questioned what I was charged; I was charged for all the sauces I ordered which I hadn’t been charged for before when I’ve gotten the sauces on the side. I asked the employee about this, who then asked the other employee for help, staying “She’s been here longer than me.” This employee attempted to explain to me, and acknowledged that she had made a mistake, but had no interest in fixing it. She said, “It’s just two dollars different.” I’m fairly certain it was more like $5 but at this point I just wanted her to get back to cooking so I could get my food and leave. Of note, her mask was also under her chin and not covering her nose and mouth. While she was helping to look at my receipt, she had removed her gloves and never put them back on. At this point, it was about 8:10 and they started to pack up my order. Neither of the girls had gloves on. It was then discovered that they forgot to cook the French fries. The chicken was done and sat there while the fries had to be cooked. There was no urgency from either employee, no apology or acknowledgement that it was now 8:15/8:20 and I was still waiting. I did not receive my order until almost 8:30. The chicken was barely warm by the time I got home (my family lives a mile up the road) and the fries seemed to be undercooked as they were mushy and soggy. I want to make sure the manager is aware of this incident, as it has made me not want to return. I was very disappointed in the length of time it took to receive my food, the quality of the food, the interactions with employees, the lack of urgency or care they seemed to have, as well as the safety measures that were not being followed (ie, mask, gloves, making people wait that long in a small building.) I hope these issues can be addressed and taken seriously. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be returning to Wings to Go, at least not at this location, after this very negative experience.

Wings were small and not very good. I couldn't tell the difference between the 2 sauces. Service was slow and not very friendly.

One of my favorite places to get wings, but, when I called in my order they said 15 minutes, waited about 20 then went to pick it up, paid for my food then waiter ANOTHER 20 minutes for then to make my food? What’s the point of placing my order over the phone just to have to still wait? THEN the young lady making our food wasn’t even wearing a mask, we’re in the middle of a pandemic right? Barely any sauce on our wings and the fries were wayyy over cooked. Extremely disappointed, won’t be back for awhile.

Wings and fries, so glad they are open. We'll be back to experiment with other flavors!! .... So we came back a week later, ordered 3 different flavors of wings, sadly they all tasted the same and were crunchy from being over cooked. Lack of consistency in preparation. Next day, stomach ache. Probably not going back. Sorry. They're are plenty of other places to get wings.

Their wings are the best

If you order from here don’t expect your food to be done in time. So if they say 30 mins expect an hour. Maybe if the owner put more effort/resources into hiring another person to work on football Sunday's or in general they’d have a lot more happy customers. Cheers

Waited an hour for my wings....watched three people act like they knew nothing about their job....got the food home and it was still raw in the middle!

Sage and Syan are awesome!!! Best customer service at this location ever! They are an asset to the company and made my night fantastic! Great Halloween because of these two! They saved the day!!!

Order was wrong, manager would rather yell and be rude then attempt to solve it.

It's a nice ratchet time if there is such a thing. The wings and fries are a great go to.
