Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them.
it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

I was very hesitant to try this location due to bad reviews. But when I showed up the lady behind the counter was so nice, the location was very clean and my food was hot and fresh! I will definitely be back again.

They were busy and gave us a heads up it be about 45min which was not an issue. Once we got our food for dine in, the wings and strips were both on colder side as they cook large batches and let them sit for upcoming orders. Even the fries were soft and semi cold.

The food here is all very good, my favorite flavor would be the original hot or the Korean sauce. I ordered 75 wings here of various flavors, and it was ready for me at the exact time I ordered it to be. The price is pretty good considering how much wings cost nowadays. I like that with large orders you can mix and match bone in and boneless. The servers are very friendly and attentive to all your questions. The customer service isn't that great but they were super busy.We waited 30-40 mins for a meal the fries weren't seasoned and the wings were really dry and hard

We eat here often and the order is always correct and fresh. Food is delicious. I will not order delivery anymore since door dash ruined that! But Taysia at the store helped right their wrong! She was so helpful and remade our order quickly when the delivery driver failed to show up! Customer service was exceptional even through the frustration of dealing with door dash. Thank you Taysia!

I Love Wing Stop. But the Loucks road location never answers the phone. They leave you on hold so you just go somewhere else. The hours say open at 10:30 but they don’t take orders till 11. The people working there are from the city and appear to be lazy and don’t want to work. I can’t make a online order unless I pay with card and I have cash I don’t want to go there order and wait so I like to call and order ahead and go pick up at the ready time. At first it was okay but now I can’t get to them at all I think this location sucks!!!
Very clean. Some soda was out of service. Staff was very attentive and said hello as soon as we walked in. They also kept us updated on our order. It did take a bit but it was good! Just expect regular restaurant wait times and not instant fast food. It was brought to our table and they cleaned up as well. Only complaint which isnt the particular restaurants doing, is their hot sauce has red 40 in it and it does stain your fingers.

Not sure about the bad reviews. But this place gets a solid 4 stars across the board. I have ordered take out twice now and the food has been really good. The sauces are great and the chicken is always prepared how I would expect

No matter how busy this place is, it always takes forever to get your food. Past 3 times going in here it took 35-40 minutes to get my order. If the food was amazing I'd say it was worth the wait, but it's not very good. The wings and sandwiches they barely put sauce on them. The flavor of the sauces are nothing special and the quality of the meat is not great. It has a cheap chewy texture to it and the meat in the sandwiches are thin the buns are huge and the only options for the sandwich is if you want 2 pickles on it. There are just too many places now that offer chicken sandwiches and they all do it better. This place would be on the bottom of my list. The only reason why I'm not giving it 1 star is because they have good offers through their website. Whenever I see the buy one get one free special I'll order something from them. At that price it's ok. But I would never pay full price for the quality of their food.
