Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them.
it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

Normally, the Lemon Pepper Wings are really good, but they were just okay at this location. Also, the register was broken. So the associate took the order on one register but had to take the payment on a different register.

Absolutely horrible service. We ordered $100 worth of food and not only missed ALL of our ranches, but an entire meal in our order was missing. The food has 0 seasoning on it and 6 boneless wings were cold. It took the average amount of time to make, so we didn’t think to call at first, but we decided it was necessary. We called SIX times and not one response was acknowledged. After finally picking up, they did give us a refund and respected what we had to say. Nonetheless, we are very disappointed and upset that this is how our night ended up. I hope this review is seen and people understand that bad service can ruin many experiences.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. I order online ahead of time so I can pick it up when I get there. However, the past 3 times I've gone in, no one acknowledges that you walk in or asks what you're here for. I can see my order ready on the shelf behind the counter and several workers, but no one comes up to help.

First time at a wingstop and it surely didn't disappoint. I ordered the Mango Habenro boneless combo with fries. The fries were fresh and crispy, the wings were freshly fried and tossed. The French fries had a flavor that was somewhat addicting. ? This place is a definite must go.
