Bagels were fine. Our complaint is with the cleanliness of this location. Seems the last year or more cleaning is not a priority here. There are a lot of windows at this location, none of which are being cleaned or cleaned properly. Floors and chairs are dirty. Bathrooms are both dirty and the toilets in both are not flushing properly. This location used to be a busy spot with people coming and going but that seems to have stopped. I think the franchise owner needs to step up and take some pride in his business. Such a shame. Probably won’t be back.

Ever since the new ownership, every experience has been fantastic, accompanied by excellent service.My absolute favorite is the Turkey Club on a cheddar jalapeno bagel with all the veggies—it's a flavor explosion that never disappoints! ?

Coffee was good. Service was very slow but friendly. Flies in the display case buzzing around. It needs to be refurbished and cleaner.I won't be back.

Haven’t been to a Great Canadian bagel in ten years since the one in our hometown closed. The bagels were how I remembered with multiple choices of different bagels and multiple choices of cream cheese. I see they also have soups and drinks. They have a bathroom, drive through, seating areas, and wifi. It was hot in there. The service was subpar which was my experience back in my hometown which was the reason it went down the first place. It was nice to enjoy some bagels and I wish they had more variety of cream cheese to sell. I had the blueberry bagel with apple caramel cream cheese. Hubby had the bacon cheddar bagel. Does the job for breakfast food and is open early at 7.

Bagels taste a day old and like they were bought from a grocery store. Service is slow and unfriendly. And they cook their eggs in a microwave. Pretty disappointing for a bagel shop. Would recommend going to tims across the street instead. Their response to my review is the perfect example of their business plan: sub par service and quality, excuses for when their customers are unsatisfied. Take that for what you will

Awesome spot that doesn’t get enough recognition! Fresh bagels, deli sandwiches, soups and amazing made-fresh cream cheeses galore. Had a BOGO coupon and that brought me in. Friendly and delicious environment sums it up!
