Ordered a small pepperoni pizza the other day from Papa John's through DoorDash.The pizza I received was not good and I genuinely was only able to eat a single slice before throwing the rest out. Left a negative review and moved on.Today, I received a call from DoorDash asking permission to connect me with Papa John's. They explained from their side that my order had shown up as asking for a gluten free pizza and that's why it tasted so off. They offered to remake my pizza today and I accepted.Upon pickup and after having a few slices, I can say that this is the Papa John's pizza that I remember; it was absolutely delicious and if I could find my initial review, I would edit it to change my rating for the better.I'm still confused as to how it went through as an order for gluten free as my personal receipt/email doesn't say that but when I picked up today, the employee did show me the receipt he had which stated that I'd ordered gluten free so I really have no idea.I guess you've gotta be somewhat careful when you order. Anyways, changing my initial rating to 4 stars as they made the effort to reach out and rectify the situation.Satisfied customer!! Their regular pizza is delicious ? Devoured their small size pepperoni pizza very soon after getting home, *reluctantly* sparing a few bites for my dog!

Had the worst two pizzas we’ve ever eaten. Burnt crusts and tasteless, skimpy toppings. They were out of olives?! This used to be a great place for pizza but no longer.

I usually love papa johns pizza but today at their charlottetown pei location i was very disappointed the pizza was undercooked skimpy on toppings and undersized i paid 24 dollars for a medium pizza and i doubt it was 10 inchs overall a poor experience i am very disappointed and doubt ill return

Papa Johns is my go to place when travelling. 'they have always been dependable to serve a delicious pizza..............until I ordered from the location on Babineau Avenue. It was disgusting..........the sauce was not spread out over the crust, leaving most of the crust just bare and dry. The vegetables were basically dumped in the middle of the crust ................it was tastelass and a great disappointment. Not sure head office would approve of the poor quality of product they serve at this location. They need to be re trained and taught how to make a proper pizza.................what a waste of money

70 dollars I was charged and didn't know what I was getting..could not understand the person that answers the phone. Strong accent. Had a friend call and same thing. And failed to give us any menu deals .*(.like what happened to the real pappa John's).never again .pizza sucked and service was just ...not right.!! English helps when u have someone answering phones !So disappointing !

I had four lobster rolls when I came to Summerside. The whole staff is amazing and just got another today for takeout.Ramona is the sweetest server that I had in a restaurant. I talked to the owners on how wonderful their Establishment is!!
