Not very intuitive peoplethat work here. I called before I came today to ask if there was an event because sometimes that's been the case, the lady said no. We get there, which I have a 2 year old son which he's not easy to handle in public so we like to plan our outings as best as possible, we get there look at the menu for 10 mins, and then the server informs us that they had an event last night and only have chicken tenders on the menu... So we leave..she could have mentioned her limited menu on the phone. I did mention we were coming to eat.

On our annual trip to PEI this is one of the places we always visit. Cozy setting and good reasonably priced food. Sadly this restaurant had closed permanently when we last visited PEI in August 2021. :(

After a not so good experience last week, Maggie the general manager stepped in and rectified the issue. It's nice when a company's GM gets involved, but it shouldnt have to reach to that level. GM was great in handling the situation!! Let's hope the feedback will follow to the appropriate channels on a daily basis to allow your buisness to thrive. Our food was delicious the 2nd time around, the guy read the GM's note to me "Make it perfect and no where near onions"... this should not have to be left as a note, that is the level you want to hold yourselves as a business and as a team everyday, with every order and that is how you will remain successful :l Send it out perfect always!Raw food is dangerous, as is cross contamination for those with allergies, those are not "picky" things to complain about, those are things that can affect someone's health!.KUDOS to the General Manager for stepping in! A++ all the best on your next successful business adventure !

We booked for a large group celebrating a birthday party. The place was cold with a draft from the windows. We were told that the furnace had broken and they couldn’t be bothered to fix it since the restaurant was closing in May. We had to put our coats on to enjoy the meal. Very disappointed in the attitude, especially since the staff had a portable heater by the wait station so they could keep warm. It’s a food thing they are closing the place.

So disappointed when I called tonight and could not order a Greek salad supposedly because of Covid-19 going on what is the difference between a Caesar & a Greek salad being made ! Was the whole reason for calling to order won’t be ordering again and usually do weekly for my Greek salad !! Not to mention last time I ordered my child’s order who is allergic to dairy was completely screwed up and her father ended up giving her his order .
