“Jay is such a incredible restaurant owner, both in being friendly and world travelled. We’ve had many a good conversation and his vegetarian options are delicious! I’ve regularly purchased his kimchi and have since learned that he also feeds local homeless people as well ❤️ what a wonderful citizen of Ch’town ☀️ always happy to support him by timing up ordering our meals for my family from him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10“
“My group ordered 3 of the #8 W Fish rolls, which is a mix of tuna and salmon. Pros: Fish portions were generous, and the sushi-rito was really tasty. Con: Service was slow--it took nearly 30 minutes to make 3 rolls, and there were no other customers ahead of me. Ingredients kept running out even though they had opened only 20 minutes before, and refilling the ingredients was a slow moving process.“
“I had the salmon sashimi, spicy tuna roll and the spicy miso ramen (I was hungry lol). I was not disappointed. No pictures were taken or are required. I will note that this reataurant uses a tablet system to order once seated. Very efficient, especially for getting drinks. Although it was never hard to talk to a human about my order.“
“The first time has been there and got a bad experience because it was a bad taste of all the food. I ordered 42 party trays it's included sushi and sashimi, the rice was not Japanese rice also it was raw, not sticky and soft. And the sashimi was not fresh and not yet defrosted. So weird of the taste. The soup of chicken ramen was like instant noodle soup, I guessed they use the pack of that msg instead of the pork bones soup. It could trick the nonsense western people or never taste the true Japanese food. I never tasted it in my life.“
