Loved the selection of food at the buffet! Breakfast, salads, turkey dinner , roast beef and desserts! Would definitely be back Only suggestion is the buffet food could have been hotter. It was warm and didn't hold the heat it had, so more burners for sure. Food was still delicious though

I was expecting a roasted Turkey at the carvery but instead they had turkey breast roll...no dark meat....I was really surprised at the different stations they had, like breakfast, seafood, turkey dinner and desserts. Made the price more worthwhile. They also had oysters on the shell as well

Good quick eats for fries and poutine. Take it to go and eat by the water for a better view and dining experience. Fresh and tasty. They were out of funnel cake mix when I stopped in, but the lemonade was good.

Our wait staff were hard to get hold of but our bar service was fantastic. We wanted some drinks that were off the menu and he took our orders and filled them easily and also did table service, it was great

The area was very clean, tables all ready to seat . The staff were very pleasant and professional. The food was delicious. The hot food was hot and fresh and always being replenished at the breakfast buffet.

Buffet was terrible!! Waffles were rock hard, scrambled eggs were hard and dry, bacon was overcooked and full of grease...service was subpar at best, took 15 mins to be offered coffee and it wasn't busy at all, only 3 other tables. There were more dirty tables then clean ones. Was overall disappointing for a $24 buffet.

We had the supreme chicken which was dry and may have been better with a sauce to help give it more moisture and flavour. Also had the fish and chips and the fish was watery and flavourless. The waitress was very friendly and attentive which helped the experience.

We had the Mother's Day Brunch at Waters Edge. The food was delicious (breakfast was amazing) all the food was hot and always restocked. Lots to choose from. The dinner menu was fantastic. Vegetables were fresh and had a lot of flavour. The meat was cooked to perfection and kept nice and hot. The staff was very helpful and always around cleaning plates and offering coffee, juice etc. It was busy but quiet and not crowded. We will definitely be back.

This was our first experience at Waters Edge. Excellent food. Great atmosphere for Christmas. Our server was excellent! Very accommodating. Pleasant and informative. Food portions are very generous as well. We will definitely be back again.
The fries are tasty but incredibly salty I ate there today and the service was good but there was too much salt on it 1 water isn't going to cut it.

Service was great for us. But that's the only redeeming quality of this hotel lobby restaurant. First off, with the name you'd think there would be a water view. Nope, not even a window. You can see the lobby though. The dip came with the famed PEI potato chips and some kind of ripped up flatbread. Neither are edible. The chips were cold and hard as cardboard. We had to apologize to the very nice waiter and went to another much better restaurant down the street. One silver lining was we got to ruminate and laugh at this shared culinary nightmare while enjoyed our much better dinner at the Brick House closer to the Victoria Row. Our theory is that the chef is quiet quitting ...
Like eating a hotel lobby. Food was all very good but the waitress was very inexperienced and offered poor service (she was pleasant, but just didn't know what she was doing).

I've been there before and I must say the food was terrible this time. There was no effort put into the food and presentation, we even had fallen blueberries in the mac and cheese. I took some others their for their first visit and I was embarrassed. I do understand there is a shortage is supplies and workers, however in saying that there should not be an option to question the food quality or presentation

Food was great and not outrageously expensive. Location is great right Downtown on the waterfront. Was able to get a same day reservation and service was excellent. We had a child and the back room was great for the noise and activity of my child.
