I ordered bagel with cream cheese and it was in drive thru , not a single car was there so was not busy but when i got home and opened the bagel only half of the bagel had cheese.the guy who greeted me was nice but whoever prepared the bagel did not do their job nicely.

This was the worst experience ever..first all the manager who ever the guy was..he was in full attitude knowing that there are customers, he ignited. There were only two people working at this location was giving preference to drive thru only- we were waited 8-10 minutes for someone to came and take the order. The girl didn’t even complete the order-she forgot to give the food-when we asked she even not apologized. All the time hortonz location are good- except this one. Should increase the staff. The whole working today tuesday feb6, 2024 was really unprofessional. Knowing taht we are calling them to take order- they were ignoring.

I got a hot chocolate and an icecapp. The hot chocolate was watered down, I could have made better at home. I have never had a hot chocolate like this at any other Tims. The other drink was fine and service was quick, but it was disappointing to get a bad drink like this.

worse Tim hortons i’ve ever visited in my life. i’ve ordered my food and waited for over 15minutes and didn’t receive it. No manager around, it is very sad to found that only 1 person doing everything. such a big reputative food company with such a stupid gratitude, they should’ve hire more people, so customers can get their food with satisfaction.
