It’s what you can expect from Tim Hortons. They sometimes mess up orders, but immediately make it right if you go to the counter, no fuss, which is always appreciated. Pretty good vibes from the team.

It really seems that drive-through traffic is a priority. Understand more money, quicker. About 7 people were working, and I was finally noticed and served. It appeared the same with other people standing waiting to be served. Perhaps it should be drive through only.
You guys have to give a good training to your employees. They don’t want to give an order because the were busy and pritam said we are not gonna give you your order beacause the employees are busy right now and he said you can go to any other tims. I don’t think its a good practice for tims.
