Great variety of flavors. Fun spot to stop in if you have not had mead before. It's equally as good to stock up on some if you run out. Chuck is a good character to talk with and knowlage able.

A crew mate and I from HMCS Glace Bay stopped in while we were visiting Charlottetown. A short 15 min drive, we walked in and instantly were greeted, the owner has a great passion for his craft and was very excited to give us a wealth of knowledge. A great range of flavours and samples for lots to get a feel for what a person would like to try Will most definitely recommend this shop for anyone wanting to try mead for the first time!

This is a great stop. He makes and sells mead which is a traditional viking alcohol before processed sugars. Go in and ask for the story if you're unsure or want to learn more. His passion in telling the story is great plus it taste better than you might think.Cheers

Neat little meadery with tons of flavors to sample and buy! If you've never tried Mead this is the place to do it!Was confused when doing trip research as this is labeled as a craft brewery, but they have Mead not Beer to be clear. The location may seem odd but it is such a welcoming atmosphere, so check it out!

A great tasting session with a super fellow passionate about his craft. Bought two bottles of mead, and we are now sitting on the deck of our room at Crowbush enjoying some refreshing tasty cherry mead. Totally delicious .

Walked into this place completely on accident a year ago, just looking to pay for gas. Chuck gave us the whole background on mead and showed us his whole set up plus let us taste test some! Amazing service and mead! Left with a lot of bottles, hope to return when I go back to PEI.

What an interesting brewery to fall into! In truth, we drove by this place for a couple weeks and one day (the day before our holiday was over) we saw that it was open so my wife insisted we stop the car to check it out. It's actually a meadery, natural distilled honey wine products. To give you an idea, it tastes like a hard cider - a real hard cider, not like that carbonated stuff you buy in the store. It is sweet, sour or tart, depending upon what it is brewed with. I tried several different flavors at an impromptu tasting that just seemed to appear out of nowhere of myself and other passersby. The haskap berry mead was tempting, just because it was so tart and the cancer fighting qualities of the berry, but then thought a spicier mix was more sweet. I think it was a mango spice. Only just tasted it so far, taking it home as a reminder of my vacation. Really a cool place, the man who runs it was incredibly interesting and a respectable entrepreneur with an idea you rarely experience.

We rolled in just before closing and there was no rushing to close up shop. Chuck gave us the history of mead and offered samples of some of the many different types. Very cool and personable guy, got my son to put on the Viking items for a photo. All the meads were good and interesting and we left with 6.
