“Phinley's is a charming family style restaurant with ample parking, in Stratford, that is popular with locals and visitors alike. As someone with Celiac disease I greatly appreciate that they have so many gluten-free options. This visit I tried their hand-breaded gluten-free chicken burger with fries and gluten-free gravy. The fries were hot and crispy and the gravy had good flavor. The chicken burger was moist and juicy with great flavor. Greatly enjoyed my entire meal. The dining area is nice (a little dusty, in places) and feels a bit 'tight'. My server was efficient got my order correct and check a couple of times to make sure I had everything though her demeanor was less than friendly/welcoming as I felt like a bit of an inconvenience to her. However, if still go back as the quality of their gluten-free offerings are great!“

“We walked in a got seated at the bar without a reservation. Our bartender had made an amazing drink for my partner and I had a delicious beer. We ordered the haddock burger and the beef burger it's was SO yummy. Well worth the wait. Such a nice vide inside. Very busy and filled with reservations“

“Good local dinner. Very traditional menu. Busy spot so lots of activity. Certainly recommend and will likely returnWheelchair accessibility: A bit tight in the entrance. Cars park close and the cash is right inside with often a group waiting for tables. Makes it a bit of a challenge for mobility challenged people“

“We had a great experience today at this restaurant. Our waitress Trenna was so thoughtful and kind. We appreciate her making sure we had hot food to eat since ours was cooling from feeding the baby. She was so friendly and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back!“

“Last week ordered a small pizza with hamburger and pepperoni and it was spot on delicious!! As the person who is the manager had awesome customer service I also got my pizza on time which is different cause other places it would have took more than a couple of minutes. Definitely will be back.“

“Great food. Ppl are friendly. Takeout times are fast. I live nearby and the breakfasts are great. Lunch and dinner menu is decent for comfort food. Burger fest entry is decent. If you call in an order for pickup? Average of a 20 minute pickup time. Fish and Chips are excellent.“

“Another Five Guys imitation, there's a few of these popping up in the Maritimes. It's not bad for what it is, but it's pricey and only "pretty good". If you're gonna charge almost $20 for a burger meal in a fast food joint it better really wow someone.I would say the highlight is the fresh cut big fires. Very tasty! But when the $5 fries are the star of the show compared to the $10 burger it's a little lop sided.It's good, but it's priced like a restaurant in a theme park.“

“My wife and I went specifically to experience their grilled cheese specialty. We had the Tuscan grilled cheese and it was so good that we are disappointed that we missed the previous two weeks of other choices. Oh, and the fries were awesome.“

“I had to up my review and rating to 5 stars. The staff are super fast, and very friendly. The Manager, Jason, is so friendly he makes you feel like a regular customer at a family owned establishment. Way to make someone feel welcome and not like just another number.“

“Great food, warm welcome, caring staff and super accommodating. We arrived in PEI on Christmas Day after travelling from Ottawa - they were one of the only restaurants open. We thought, "Sure, let's give them a try!" Wow, am I ever glad we did! The food was so tasty. My husband is vegan, I'm vegetarian and my mother in law has allergies. They were able to accommodate everything. There were a ton of veggie options - I was so excited to be able to pick and choose from so many choices. My mother in law misread a description of a dish and only realized once it arrived at the table that it contained shrimp. The waitress was so kind and made her a new dish completely free of charge. We were so grateful for this incredible customer service. We will definitely be stopping by the next time we're in town!“
