Service has improved since some of the rude employees were let go. Establishment is clean. Menu is "express" model ie less items than a normal MacDonalds. Open 24 hours, convenient before a road trip.

The service was not the best and the place is not very clean but I do like the food at the restaurant and the staff is not that good they act like they want you to leave and it is very disrespectful but the food is good and they can't understand English so it's very hard to understand and they are very rude you can never know what there doing you can never understand what the staff do there chicken nuggets feel like rubber

The food was cold. Got the wrong order, so I had to wait even longer. Nobody could seek to understand or speak proper English. (Probably why my order got mixed up) wr were given two 6 packs of donuts and in 1 box all 6 of the donuts were FROZEN!!??What in the world?? Not friendly staff at all, and you don't know if they're speaking to you or someone on the microphone in the drive-through or another employee.

Shoulda known better then to order on skip. They decided that it should take them from 9:11 am til 10:45 to make 3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 muffins and a mocha and send out! We are home sick waiting on our breakfast that we will not be receiving now because of the EXTREMELY long wait time for something simple to make. I refuse to pay $20+ for food that's gonna arrive cold after taking almost 2 hours to make so now we get to go hungry until our money is refunded

There has been several times I have come through the drive thru only to find I have missing items when I get home. No reparations are ever made when this situation is brought to the attention of management. In fact, when proof of purchase has been shown, the workers get annoyed and then provided the food I paid for. Also, the act of 'pulling around' to wait for food is unacceptable. If the food is not going to be ready by the time I get to the window, I should be made aware so I can opt out. This restaurant has incredibly frustrating customer service. I understand everyone is trying their best, but something needs to give.

Went it to place my order & 6 people (supposedly) working I waited then the manager looked up & asked me what I wanted & passed me off to another worker before I could place my order & that worker turned her back to me & started talking to the manager. I'll just go back to Tim's or robin's

No or almost nothing for vegetarians... not specific for this this rating is for all Mac'd's... Only option that I know is hash browns... If there are more options for veggies let me know please.. Indian macds have more options... Thanks have a nice
