This subway is definitely by far the best customer service and energy! The staff were all so friendly and warm! MJ was my server twice and shes such a sweetheart, is so generous and always has a smile on!?The food was also very fresh and environment was super clean! Hands down I recommend this subway always ?

I ordered 4 subs and 3 drinks on their online app and prepaid for $58. Within 5 minutes, they called me saying their out of bread. Wouldn’t be a problem except I have yet to get my money back after 2 weeks. I’ve called multiple times. Was told to visit the store and they started making my order after saying multiple times I want my money back. They told me to call at 6:30 am when the manager is there the next day. They don’t have a night manager apparently. What kind of fast food place doesn’t have a manager at night? I called at 6:30am and the manager said to come to the store again. I told him I can’t be there till 5pm due to work and he said that’s fine. I was yet again greeted with an employee and no manager. The employee had to call the manager a dozen times before he answered. I was then greeted with a slip to sign. I signed it and was told to have a good day. I said what about my money? The employee said all she knows is I have to sign this slip. Have yet to receive my $58 2 weeks later and have filed a dispute with the credit card company. Absolutely terrible management and I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with it.

Worst Subway location on PEI. The workers were whispering in another language infront of me, they gave me a half raw sub bun, put bacon on my sandwich after I said I didn't want any, started putting white cheese on my sub before asking what kind I wanted, put my sub in the oven for full time when I asked for half time, put all of my veggies in 1 spot, and poured sauce on the outside of my sub. Poor quality food, disrespectful, lazy staff. I'll make the trip to a Charlottetown location next time..
