something has happpened to your recipe for your chicken in a bucket in summerside PEI. last few times the chicken has been very bland. not the usual taste. big crunch has been normal. please fix your recipe.

I stop by to pick up the 10 piece family meal. The staff and atmosphere was five. The french fries and other items were good. The chicken Peace's were under cooked. The skin was not crispy at all. It will be my last time going to this place.
We eat here once every couple of months for a treat, food is always hot and always is good!There's one lady who has worked at this location for years and she's honestly the main reason we keep returning! She's the sweetest and I always forget to catch her name. She makes you feel very comfortable when ordering at the speaker and not rushed, she definitely deserves a gold star for customer service!

Ordered over the phone to avoid the typical long wait, got to the store to pick up at the agreed upon time and they hadn't even started it yet, multiple people have ordered, waited, and left with food while I'm still waiting. Only redeeming quality was the older lady that seemed to be running the place, very polite and apologetic about the wait
