La caissière prend la peine d'écrire ma demande: rien à faire le personnel de la cuisine est roi & maître. A chacune de mes visites , le pain est à peine grillé. C'est un choix de l'entreprise, ce n'est pas le mien!!!

The chicken was almost all completely red it was not well cooked at all !!! Undercooked chicken could cause the salmonella bacteria which is dangerous for the health !! What a shame to serve this to customers !! I’m not coming back here

DO NOT GO! Especially if you have allergies! I rarely (if not never) give negative opinions, I prefer to advocate the positive… but the incompetence of the “manager” Lauriane not only deserves a complaint but she has lost customers with her BIG total lack of respect! !Context: I called last week for a delivery. I would like to point out that there is a gluten allergy. The cashier clearly identified it on the bill. The problem is in the kitchen! Incompetent people who don't take the trouble to read their order correctly! Result: we had bread and something that we had not ordered. I called back: she felt really bad for us (I understand, it was still a $72 order that we had to throw away). She gives us a meal credit for the equivalent of the order since the 3 were not correct! We're calling today to place our order. Not only was the meal credit not recorded, the cashier handed me the assistant manager before I even asked her (which was very correct of her). The assistant manager is an incompetent who should never manage a restaurant! She told me: “well honestly it’s just a loaf of bread, not like you’re going to die we don’t care just take it away, we won’t give a free order of that amount just for that”… pardon?? Just for that?? First of all, we don’t speak with an arrogant tone like that to customers, even less when it’s a question of allergies!! I'm not a princess, but I work with the public, I would never speak to my customers the way she spoke to me... Not only did we have exactly what we are allergic to in the order last time, but that means They don't pay any attention in the kitchens!! I understand that there can always be risks of contamination, but there are always limits to making people laugh at us! I had already ordered in the past and it was OK, but that was too much... as long as you don't change your incompetent "manager" named Lauriane (who worked today December 26, 2023 at 6 p.m.) I will never order there again!
