Thursday night at 11:30 pm, using the drive at 11 pm, been waiting in the car for my order for about 30 minutes with 8 cars behind me. Only one guy doing the service, taking orders at the microphone, and doing the food preparation, clearly a lack of staffing, the guy is doing his absolute best. Difficult situation staff is being put in regarding to clients. Very disappointed in the organisation and efficiency at this McDonald.

We ordered peppermint hot chocolate but what we got was peppermint flavored hot milk. When I told the staff they were very nice and kind and added some chocolate to my glass and said that this product should have more peppermint aroma. And what you received is correct. But if the customer wants, we add more chocolate to his drink. The apple pie was also good and had a cinnamon flavor.

umme is an absolutely HORRID employee. i have never been treated with such disrespect from anyone in fast food the way this girl treats people. backstory, i used to work at this mcdonald’s for nearly a year WITH umme, who knows exactly who i am. she quite literally implied me and my friend were trying to steal from the restaurant while speaking to us like we were actual animals. she proceeded to pretend like she had no idea who i was!! she deliberately created problems with the mobile order i placed and i would say way worse but i don’t want my google account shut down. i have never been this livid she is the EXACT reason this restaurant has so many terrible reviews.

Now, this is a good McDonald's as far as fast-food restaurants go. The staff is super nice and very quick, and the restaurant is very clean. Nothing to be upset about.

The food is fine. Just don’t expect “fast” food here, especially on a Saturday noon. And there is no ordering, you may find you are the first one in the line and still wait for 20 minutes while seeing most persons after you and all the drive through are served. Maybe just don’t order any not “normal” or “different” food? Or just don’t go there.

Restaurant was kept fairly clean. Layout felt odd, but service was good and the food order was accurate.Parking: Very small parking lot shared with the bank. People tend to park close to each other or badly, especially with snow on the ground. Not the easiest place to park.
