Worst service! Not able to enter the discount coupon! Not able to add an extra to the order because we used a coupon initially but in the end we had to pay the original price because they didn't enter the said coupon! In front of the drive-thru there was a complete order on the ground... to believe that it wasn't just us who had had bad service!

Residing just a 5 minute drive from McDonald's, we took the easy way out after a rigorous day of duty at the military base, facing the intense cold. Back home to start a well-deserved weekend and not wanting to face the cold again, we decided to order via DoorDash.We chose 2 hot beverages (1 tea and 1 coffee) accompanied by two boxes of 6 assorted donuts, for a total of around $28, plus the service charge. However, it was a huge disappointment when we found that our drinks were barely warm and the donuts were completely frozen.What makes the situation even more frustrating is the additional cost associated with delivery fees, in addition to paying the delivery person who charges a service fee that should normally go to the restaurant staff. We question the logic of using a delivery service when the products arrive in such a disappointing condition, especially when the restaurant is only 5 minutes from our home.In these circumstances, as consumers, we have rights. Reporting these issues is warranted. Delivery services are supposed to guarantee product quality, and as customers we have the right to receive what we paid for.
