Nous avons attendu 35 minutes au service au volant pour une commande at Hubert et Harvey’s. Mauvaise gestion, inacceptable. Habituellement tout les Harvey’s et at Hubert ou nous avons été nous on fournis un service rapide et excellent mais celui a Sté Anne de Beaupré est à éviter à tout prix.

It's normally excellent but the ribs we received were sadly overcooked and burnt in some parts. The rest was perfect.

The prices are crazy now. 27$ for a burger?Me and my friend went to eat inside yesterday. He took a cuisse and I took a chicken burger.His plate was the smallest thing I have ever seen. Looked like it came from an infant chicken. No flavor. The salad it came with was put in a tiny portioned bowl. It looked like the portion control you get at a hospital canteen.For my part, my burger was decent but... almost cold at its arrival.Conclusion; 2 stars.Way over priced.Portions are ridiculously small.My meal was cold.Service was decent. The poor lady was clearly managing way too many tables and was running around everywhere. Not her fault. I think they are understaffed.St-Hubert... what's going on?

Au dela du restaurant il y a le personnel!! Et franchement le st-hubert a berthierville ont une employée qui vaut de l'or!! Si tout les autres étaient comme cette merveilleuse Vivianne le restaurant serait une mine D'OR. Pour etre certain de tomber sur Vivianne lorsque j'ai envie de poulet et profiter de sa gentillesse et service extreme je m'assure d'aller au service a l'auto le même jour et elle y est toujours!! Je vous dit pas lequel!!!

Terrible service... took 25 minutes to get nuggets and as chicken burger at the drive thru. Came to me as I waited in the parking to tell me they didn't have the burger in stock. Food we finally got was gross. GROSS. Deep fryer may not have been cleaned in way too long. Threw it in the garbage. Not worthy for the homeless. Spoke to the manager, she couldn't credit my Visa but gave me cash back after lecturing me. #WorstQSRexperience
