“Normal” food however suggestion to gentlemen who handle products “without gloves” Please clean your hands frequently. Following the entry into the room of one of the waiters, he had never cleaned his hands and the products were taken peacefully in the preparation of sandwiches, etc. THANKS

We just came back and didn't even leave with our order. Wilted salad (where did the coleslaw go???) Old dry chicken, totally indifferent service. A cell phone lying on the counter where they make the sandwiches... plus a bathroom that was not usable because there was blue Lysol product all over the bowl, the floor and even the bottle in the bowl... We are far away from Boustan 2 years ago.... too bad. I used to love it so much..

A real joke this restaurant we ordered and 2 hours later it was not delivered we called he told us it was gone it's been 40 minutes we are 10 minutes from the restaurant he says anything!! For real, this restaurant deserves to just be closed, it makes no sense how the management is done!!!

I ordered a 16$ bowl of falafel (seen in one picture) and received 3 pieces of falafel and nothing else. I called 5 times in the past 2 hours and have been promised every time that my meal will arrive in a few minutes. It’s been 120 few minutes. The food is good and the girls are super nice but the delivery is terrible. Via Uber they are their delivery man and I received my order 1 hour late... The restaurant does not answer the phone... in short, really bad service.
