Another disappointment. We were skeptic of order at another bubble tea shop since the first one didn't go well. Figured different city we should give it a chance...well we were wrong. Two cups had Bobo's all stuck together, and third cup the boboa was under cooked and hard. Last time you told me to email you but that email address bounced back my email. It's really not about getting a gift card. Have better quality control.

For pokes how can I say there is a lack of budget how to serve a dish with few ingredients and replace the ingredients with too much salad I would have made a salad I wouldn't have paid $20
