My partner went to get me a chocolate covered ice cream last week for $7. When we got home (there was a place setting on it) we realized that in fact there were only a few drizzles of chocolate around the ice cream, whereas it was supposed to be completely covered in chocolate. This one also tasted like ice cream. I wrote to the company to express my dissatisfaction. I was told that they would get back to me...and nothing more! I even called them again to see if they would come back to me with a response, still nothing. Last time at the Diperie.

The girl who worked on Wednesday evening was super cheerful, pleasant and did her job really well, her service was exemplary.Also, the ice cream was good, was fresh and seemed very hygienic, it was my first time in this creamery and I really liked my experience.

Order Uber… $40 for 12 chef's choice donuts (supposed to be assorted dipped and topped with the chef's choice) + $5 for caramel sauce. And I received 12 donuts, no frosting, no toppings for $40. Honestly quite ordinary... I would have liked to see if he would have given me the same thing face to face lol...

I had a very ordinary experience at La Diperie, the soft ice cream had lots of small hard pieces that seemed moldy. The place seemed unsanitary.

Very good taste but very long service and it's not because of the employees because they do their best but every time I go it's extremely long because the owners let 1 girl alone manage a ton of customers it's really a shame

Seriously, it's 32 degrees and a holiday and only one employee who rushes her life, I don't know where the manager got her degree in management but not strong, the sauces are all in motons, it was the first and the last time, surely like the twenty customers who left. Disappointing.
I never received my uber eats order. Diperi blames uber, and uber blames diperi. When the number is called, a frustrated owner answers. (Don't put your number on google if you don't want to be called)Inside, the place looks unsanitary.

This was my 2nd time visiting this location... It was fun... The 2 staff members were very accommodating and very helpful, it looked like they enjoyed us being there and answering our questions.It was a pretty fun Saturday afternoon with our family. Pretty sure are are going back.
