Several times wrong order they blame the girl who takes the orders but most of the time my bill is ok it's what's in the bag which is other things! I just got served by the manager and I asked is that right? He stupidly says yes and leaves... and that wasn't it! If the manager doesn't care and does anything, imagine the employees! In addition their bread even the pancakes are always burnt black it is very bad for your health more than eating simple McDonald's.. I mention this before being told.

The lady who took my order that night was quite on edge and rude which was not very appreciated but the cashier with the beard was very funny and friendly. He really seems to have energy and even if the order taking needs to be improved, you leave with a guaranteed smile! He even asks you if you want some sauce with your fries before closing the window, waving at you with a big smile. We need more people like that at night at McDonald's!

Worst drive-thru. The young girl straight up pitched me my 3 drinks, I asked her if she had a cup holder, which she also pitched me. I had to deal with my three drinks in my hands trying to fit them into the cup holder while having no room with my steering wheel in front of me. No “hello”, no “thank you”. We were disturbing them! What a strange new batch of employees. It's crazy how everything is owed to them...
Total disappointment looking at the schedule the McDonald's was supposed to stay open I went to order Ahahaha worst mistake drive thru I was told: yes we are open but I don't want to so we are closed... I thought it was a joke but no They laughed in my face by closing the window, in short, I'll never count on the image of McDonald's again.

I have lived in Blainville for 20 years… In the past, the service at this McDonald’s was legendary! Fast service and delicious food! But for some time now when I've been going there, the drive-thru has been ridiculously long and there's often disappointment in terms of food... I find that a shame. There is room for improvement.
