I had a horrible experience. I was waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru for a coffee which I did not get! While waiting I received two Uber Eats delivery orders from this McDonald's. Finally I went in to get it the coffee which should have been free and the manager was extremely rude to me! Also I had to wait a long time for the Uber Eats orders and the bags were not even closed properly! So now I know to decline any orders from this particular McDonald's in the future!!!
Incompetents we understand that they have the order displayed they just have to follow and they are not even able to do it correctly he always forgets everything even that I order a luxury crispy mc he gives me a big mac I am going back . A crispy mc but it's a deluxe that I'm seriously ordering, it's still wrong, it doesn't make sense, you're illiterate, the manager should maybe you do what, seriously, it's hard and you're not even able to follow the order on the screens

Extremely slow service, people are all crowded together and no one knows who is waiting to order or who has already ordered. It takes 35 minutes or more to have 2 large fries. Really poorly organized, no screen to show orders in progress, the clerks speak French poorly and say the composition of the order rather than saying the order number, which leads to confusion.
